Im not very happy I had to pay more for the drop off. When I made the reservation they said I could drop it off and it was set for a different city. The day I pick up that isn't the case. So your rules equal more money from me .

Rear door could not be closed without assistance. I have never had this experience before. Went online and found that the rubber liner can get in the way sometimes.

This was the best experience I have had with U-Haul! The truck was super clean, check in and check out was simple and quick. The staff was AMAZING!! Will definitely recommend this location! Excellent experience!

My overall experience was good. The lady who helped me out was very courteous and professional. Easy going and very personable. It was very busy when I got there and she handled the whole situation without getting upset and always smiling under pressure. While helping one individual? She tried to help another customer when they were signing their paperwork. My overall experience at the U-Haul’ on 12 Street in Salem. Was very satisfying!

The truck was clean and operated as expected, however when I filled the truck with gas just before turning it in, It took 6.3 gallons and I had only driven 10 miles. Apparently the lst customer had not filled the tank and I'm responsible for that oversite.

Vanessa & Travis exceeded my expectations. I was in the store so much and called a few times during the duration of my move. They were helpful & educated me every step of the way from renting different trucks, equipment and buying various boxes. It was overwhelming and they showed grace & kindness. Thank you-Sherri J :)

Vanessa was the best, she multitasked 5 people in a matter of 20 minutes, doing paper work and then followed through with taking them to their truck or trailer and all the time with a bright beautiful smile, Employee of the day!!

A time extension I requested was not processed fully to not incur any additional fees which were waived by an employee directed to serve from his boss. This hiccup was taken care of when I brought the truck back. All good. The place is crowded yet clean and organized for what there is to work with.
