leif bThe staff was nice. But the young kid didn’t attach the trailer chains short enough and they were scraping the pavement. I had to ask them to shorten them. Then after loading I had to raise the chain again.

Rick CThe customer service representatives did not tell me about needing to download the UHaul app for my truck and equipment return. It’s been 13 years since I last moved and was not aware of this requirement. After moving all day, I dropped off the truck and equipment (after hours), went home and read the paperwork later - only to realize that I didn’t do it right and had to go back down to the rental location - to attempt my return without the keys which is frustrating to say the least.
Tamarah NHave a half day rental or if some rents a truck for a day and they just need it for a couple extra hours prorate the rate because charging them for a whole additional day it crazy.

MICHAEL AUnderstaffed and very long wait times. The guy in charge at the time was excellent and it was not his fault. He insisted that I report these safety issues. Finally another worker showed up and had to take apart the one wheel ramp that was stuck so I could get my car off. He was great as well. Drop off took forever.

Rick HThe pick up location staff was excellent as was the 15’ van . Only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating was because of the mirrors. They were all old school manual adjustable then shifted/altered when driving over bumps on the freeway. Having driven several large trucks and trailers and a school bus, it’s actually a safety hazard not having electronically adjustable mirrors from the drivers side. Highly recommend that feature on n any new fleet purchases. Great experience, would do it again and recommend uhaul to anyone… and price very reasonable👍
