RAMON LThough I know it’s not necessarily the locations fault, something needs to be done about the product management amongst all the uhaul locations. We rented a truck for our move 3 hours away, there were MANY of drop off locations in our area, yet we had to drive 2 hours round trip to drop it off because all the other locations were full. I’m failing to see how it’s my problem that there’s no delegation for moving product around and making sure there’s room in every area. The only compensation we were given was not needing to fill up the tank. Overall displeased and frustrated I spent nearly $400 for such terrible management.

SHELLY JCouple issues. First I asked for the use of the trailer from 6:30 to 6:30 pm (24hours). The time was shorted to 6 pm. We were pushing to get it returned on time. Of 6:30. But noticed the time change. Although the employee interned my information closer to 6. Did not leave with trailer until after 6:30. Just saying… Also was told where to put the trailer. But then when returning the trailer. There was no room to put trailer where we were asked. When coming to get the trailer. I parked in the parking lot got out to ask where they wanted me to park my truck. Before I was able to ask. Employee jumped on ne to move my truck. Ok. Not a big deal. But attitude gives one everything. Jumping your customers. Makes one not to return. Something to think about. I am 62. And to old to put up with an arse!

Salem location called me when my pick up location was moved to them and made sure I was aware and provided additional mileage to makeup for the extra distance it required due to the move. At pick up I was provided with great information and walked through every step.

Brandon RCan't say much because I basically just dropped off the rig. It was a nice place. Lot was a bit tight, but there was decent parking options.
TAYLOR Fmake sure all equipment is ready ... an appliance dolly was not provided as requested and when brought to their attention the person was extremely rude to the person that went back to pick it up... management tried to compensate the bill (which was very appreciated) but kindness/understanding (as it was not our mistake) would have been much nicer

VINCENT TWhen I got there the young lady at the counter working linked my account with my cousins account just in case she did any driving. Then after I paid she said that there was a code that popped up on the account that said we couldn't rent the truck. She looked up the code and it was saying that my cousin owed money from the last time she rented a uhall. However my cousin pulled up her bank account and said no it was paid the money came out. Then my cousin had to make a phone call to a different department who could verify if it was paid or not and clear the code in order for us to be able to rent the uhall that day. Talk about stress full and while my cousin was on the phone she stayed she didn't have to link the accounts!!!
Allyson BThe ratchets on the tow dolly’s need to be greased frequently. The one I rented had dry, almost rusty ratchets which made it had to ratchet the tire straps down. Overall experience was fantastic and painless, the assist manager was very friendly and professional and made the process seemless.

BRIAN HI did not eat in there, yet there was food (pretzels specifically) in multiple areas. I tried to clean them up for the most part so I wasn’t charged. Maybe better customer service?

JESSICA RAfter returning the equipment, we were sent the bill with an after hours service charge. No such charge was discussed during pickup, and we have never had a charge from a u haul location for returning equipment after hours. Very disappointed, probably will not rent from this location again.
