CHRISTOPHER EMade a reservation online. Got there and the equipment was ready. Checkout was smooth and easy. Great, helpful job at front desk. And it was just a utility trailer but they helped with hookup, confirmation and everything related with no problem. Good experience. Appreciated the help.

THOMAS O$25 cleaning fee is bullshit. Reverse it or I’ll never rent from this location again. Any mud on the undercarriage is a function of you parking the rig in it! Disgraceful! Fix it!
ERIC LI returned just as they were closing and rather than have me just do the electronic return the guys took care of everything for me. This offer was above and beyond as we had a terrible weather event and they had no power for two days.
James PTh A/C went out on the truck I had. I told the associate about it when I turned it back in. He fiddled with it and got it to work and then says it’s just fine. I shouldn’t have to fiddle with it trying to get it to work. And a guarantee you that he didn’t put in any kind of work order to fix it for the next person.

THOMAS BEveryone I worked with, from the customer service reps to the delivery person, were very friendly and helpful. I had one small issue along the way and it was taken care of immediately. Overall I am very pleased with my U Box experience! My move was huge, PA to NV, a total of 2500 miles and my stuff showed up way earlier than the estimated travel time and was stored safely until I was ready to unload. All my items made it intact! The Delivery Help provided by Uhaul was awesome, they took care of everything regarding my delivery and unloading. I'd like to personally thank Jeffrey from Benner Pike for dropping my boxes off and being awesome with follow up, and Embree and Pete from Positive Impact Solutions for my delivery unloading, you guys made things so easy for me, I appreciate that considering how big and stressful this move was!!

KIM LWas given a truck with the check engine light on. Told the employee and he cleared it... Didn't seem to care about renting safe vehicles. Check engine light immediately came back an hour later. Felt extremely unsafe. Vehicle also had other issues. Terrible experience.

RICHARD PWhen I picked it up, the truck had a tire warning, but the staff said there was nothing wrong with the tires and to ignore it. During my 3–4-hour trip with this truck, the check engine light came on several times during the first half of my trip and came on and stayed on during the full 2nd half. The engine made terrible noises the whole time. Also, the wipers did not work the 1st half of the trip, and I had to stop and clean the windshield MANY times. Once I got to my destination for pick-up, I had the guys look at them, and they were able to get them working for my trip home. This was the WORST rental experience I have ever encountered, and the cost of $276 for a 4-hour rental was ridiculous. Due to my issues, I expect a partial refund for the amount I paid for this terrible truck.

MARK SThe Tow trailer rented this time needed maintenance as one access ramp (on the left) disconnected and fell out away from main trailer when pulling it out to prepare to back off the towed vehicle...we were concerned that it still might disconnect given the direction the towed vehicle takes when backing off. Ratchet straps did not stay tight over the wheels of the towed vehicle. I've used this location many times renting the tow trailers and this was the first time I had a problem with a trailer. Overall, my history renting from U-haul is above average.

HUGH FI know it's probably corporate but y'all have to do something about prices. Renting a cargo van for a few hours shouldn't cost over $100 by the end of it. This was my final time using U-Haul until something changes, at this rate I'll just buy a junker to use for hauling lmao.
KENDALL RMy son packed my items and loaded the ubox. They brought the box when requested, they picked it up when we asked. They drove my ubox to their closest facility to my home in Pennsylvania.
