This was my second time renting from that Bay street location and both times I had her as a rep. Horrible representative & I would never recommend this location to anyone I know because of how rude and nasty her attitude is. She always angry. Her face always screwed up towards customers and she yells and speaks with so much anger and aggression.

ERMAL ZIt was good, but when I got in the car I realized it was out of gas, so I told them and I put gas in it. I didn't use it all and they didn't reimburse me for the extra.
MARTHA LI really wish that the cargo area was cleaner. For example, an employee actually cleaning the area for excessive dirt with water and soap as opposed to a light sweep. The cargo area is always so filthy.

FLOYD DOverall experience was great, rather back previous years, booking is simple for reservation, however my rental was received dirty, 2 hand trucks, cracked dashboard, rear left side taillight was discovered upon inspection.
Freddie STruck was dirty. Tire pressure low for various trucks. Conflicting information on gas levels. Sticky surfaces and truck was not maintained well. Truck had about 16000 miles on it and it ran terrible. It seemed like the truck had 400,000 miles on it.

RAFAEL PWorst experience ever and I plan on filing a complaint. Lack communication, doesn't answer the phone, towed vehicle without my knowledge after I asked how long can I rent a vehicle. I was informed to call to extend it. Then towed it and yet was told to report it stolen, was charged for the tow. I couldn't get it out of the parking spot due the snow storm. The manager Claudia was barely was on the premises. Then when she finally called, very nasty and was not listening to me. The vehicles all had problems to the point I had to keep exchanging them.

NICOLE SUnderstand that the self service checkin process needs to be heavily documented with the photos, etc. but at least let your tech work properly. I spent 30 mins in 15° weather having to take and retake photos before I even got to use the vehicle. The photos weren’t saving properly in the app and there weren’t any error messages or indicators as to why. Same thing when ending, it wasn’t accepting the dashboard photo and wouldn’t indicate why. Please invest more in your tech if you’re going to provide an option for e-check in. Super frustrating process.
JON MVan needed oil change, rear door sensor was off, was getting a constant rear door open notification. Tire pressure was low. Other than that the van was clean.

EMMANUEL KI've only one problem and that's with the gas gauge on the paperwork and the gas that's actually in the vehicle I'm renting, that's why take a photo shot of the gas gauge in the truck before I even leave the U-haul property. Because what's on the gas gauge in that truck that I took a photo of, is what I'm respectfully returning the vehicle with, and the photo has the time and date and location on the photo, for my proof on how much gas was in the truck before i left the property!! Other then that, keep up the great work
