Fernando SI dealt with the owner and he was very knowledgeable about everything that I needed answered.
Frank BA lady called me less than 24 hours before I picked up the truck and not only changed the location to be 2 miles further away in the opposite direction but also pushed my reservation back an hour and a half which caused me to have to move all the heavy furniture as it was getting hot since it is summer in Phoenix. Hence why I wanted to pick it up as early as possible. Then proceeded to deny any compensation for the additional milage and mentioned that it was actually $1.39 per mile as opposed to the $1 they had advertised online. No care for customer service and terrible phone connection since she tried calling 3 times and wasting my time while I was at work. I will not be publicly posting since I am sure it happens but very frustrating on my end and left an awful taste in my mouth.

PATRICIA MThis all went really well. The trailer served its purpose flawlessly. The only criticism - This is the first time I rented a trailer (U-Haul or otherwise) where the ball hitch isn't included, so bring yours if you have one.

Brian SDevon was really helpful! I needed a U-Haul to pick up some furniture and get it home. He helped make it easy peasy - I was on the road in minutes and completed my run inside an hour. A relief to get done when it's scorching hot. Nice site, had no idea they had so much to offer for moving supplies! Gtk in the future. This Sunnyslope location has always been my go-to for propane, too.
