Taylor NThe process was pretty easy and very accommodating. Bob and Minnie were as nice as could be expected. The showroom was also very clean and offered all that one needs for moving. A very, very comfortable place that provides most items needed for moving.

MICHAEL BIt goes even further at this point; I would strongly NOT recommend U-Haul, as the equipment was tired at 160,000 miles, the body had unsightly damage, the driver's door did not close completely, and the sun visor clip was broken, so the visor would constantly hit you in the head, and the battery required jumping. Yes, it was a moving truck, but years of neglect made it unenjoyable vs a Prankske truck from Home Depot.

john jMy experience was flawless. The staff is fantastic. The store is well stocked. I didn’t have a reservation but a 10 footer had just returned and was ready to go. I rented and returned the truck on the same day. The drop off was super quick and easy.

Agerico EHad a long day in the truck with the ac not really working didn't blow cold air and it was a hot day moving .did not have time to go back to switch van .I thought they had people who check the trucks before they go out..

Autumn SPicked up a box trailer (large) to move furniture. Made appointment online for 8:30AM pick up time. The U-Haul crew was awesome, courteous, helpful, and thoroughly professional. Got me hooked up in and on my way in about ten minutes These folks know something about customer service with a smile. My experience returning the trailer was identical! Very.Well.Done!!

He was calm and the guy who help with equipment return was friendly and professional. I did have a reservation and did not expect the long wait time @ 710am but i know you can't control how many people come in at the end of the month. (Or if someone calls out)
