I returned my rental and dropped the keys in the box before my allotted time was up. For some reason they still charged me the $20 after hours service fee. It's as if they only thought to process my equipment return when they got around to it and not based on the time I actually returned it.

The staff isn't the warmest. My biggest complaint this time though is that the truck smelled like wet dogs had been transported in it. I had to crack the windows to keep from smelling it. If I was moving furniture or something with cloth, that smell might have transferred. They should do a better job of sanitizing the van after use.

I had reserved a 2 wheel upright dolly. They were out at this location even though I had it reserved. They sent me to another location to get the dolly. Not terrible but not great either.

The young man that assisted me was so informative, kind, respectful and pleasant. He needs to be acknowledged as a very hard worker that takes the time to explain and answer all questions. I will use this location again in 2 weeks because of his hard work and wonderful treatment to each customer. Please acknowledge him! He is an asset to the company and this location!

Terrible customer service. Worker sounds miserable and hated life, giving low effort in explaining the process of rental or even important information such as to take pictures/video of the plate, vehicle condition, and parking spot. Location has a huge fleet of unused trucks, most likely under utilized due to horrid customer service.

It was a Saturday which has to be one of the busier days for renting vans and trucks. there was one person working - one! I had reserved a truck and it still took more then 45 minutes to get a VAN - not a truck - and without the appliance dolly I had reserved as well. This location seems to be always short staffed.

I forgot to fill the gas. I filled the checkout page halfway and was not allowed to go back a page to refill my gas tank and redo the checkout page. I was charged 30 extra for this.

Better customer service. I was waiting for over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence ,, with , hello , I’ll be with you shortly … I literally had to find someone to help me that happened to be walking in, I believe he was the operator of that location. The waiting and not being addressed when you come in is very unprofessional. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

online page is very misleading. booked online and it said the total would be 24, ended up being 74. online, you can say you are driving >10miles. in person, you must select 10. pretty significant discrepancy

Explain to the customer the whole process of how the new computer software works. In my return the only thing that the clerk said was all I need is the keys, have a nice day. I had to keep digging for information in how will I know what amount is owed or due. The clerks has got to stop assuming everyone is familiar with the process. And ask the customer, do you have any questions about how everything works. Did I help you with all your needs. This clerk was just trying to get rid of me as fast as he could. He really shouldn't be working in customer service. Maybe just cleaning the truck is more suitable for him.

The truck was really janky like maybe the transmission is messed up . It was hard to stop the car , the kept rolling . It shuts off in traffic and won’t start up for awhile . I will never rent here at this location again nor will I recommend anyone if anything I should get some money credited back for having such a hard time with this truck could have caused me multiple accidents

The purchase information needs to be clearer. I’m new to this type of set up, not sure how many miles it takes to do what I needed to do.The application is not user friendly. U-Haul should have mileage and total cost listed somewhere on the website instead of making customers figure it out. It’s nothing to use mileage from 1-100 and put the pricing including taxes and fees so a customer can have an idea of cost before coming in.

I did not need the U-Haul. Jennifer Millar, my friend, asked me to come with her because she needed my bank information, but she put the money in my account, not me. I did not drive the truck. She did.

While renting a U-Haul truck, I experienced a technical issue uploading my ID. The employee assisting me sent a text that did not come through and then followed up by email. I showed him that I opened the email, but the upload still would not work. When his partner suggested calling my phone, I jokingly said, “You don’t trust me?” At that point, the partner raised his voice and responded in a confrontational manner, stating that it was his responsibility. What stood out was that when another customer had a similar issue, the same partner handled it calmly, reassured the customer, and said he trusted them. I would have appreciated the same level of professionalism and respectful

The staff at this location were great. My experience was mostly terrible because of the U-Haul site, which would not allow for mobile check in. It was also giving a hard time to employees at the counter, and even though I had a reservation it took an hour to pick up my van. Staff were all very friendly.
