Overall I’m very displeased with the service I was given. The customer service over the phone takes a tremendously long amount of time. Weekend mornings are heavy traffic times in your facilities and should be better staffed.

If I order a 24 hour rental, it means I need the truck for 24 hours. If you cannot supply this, you need to tell me so I can take my business elsewhere. It is not ok to call me and chide me for not having the truck returned when NO ONE pointed out that you had changed the time window. If they had I wouldn't have taken the truck. If you order a sweater and only half of it shows up, you will send it back. Why when you order a truck and get half the time do you think the customer would be ok with that?

It takes too long to rent out a truck. Returning also takes a long time. About 20 minutes. The statement I got says gas is full. But actually it's only 7/8. Uhaul change my pick up location without any notice. Truck is dirty. Everything is bad.

The truck had. Roaches in it and while i tried to kill some got in my things, not good now i have to pay for an exterminator. My move was delayed i sprayed first before loading but still all did not die causing me to bring the truck back late and i was charged extra. I should at least receive a credit for the extra time after 6pm

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience this time with U-Haul. I booked the truck in advance. In the email I received it said quote: "We have a 15' Moving Van and Furniture Dolly and Furniture Pads reserved for you and guaranteed Wednesday". When I come to the location the manager of the location 6141 Lancaster Ave, 19151 tells me-" we ran out of the equipment ( dolly), you have to buy it". After telling her that I don't want to buy, but she has multiple in the store that she can rent to me she got increasingly mad, started to yell at me and knowing that I am in a rush, she was basically blackmailing me!! When I told her that email says she has the dolly guaranted and as a Business she has to fulfill her obligations, she said that I couldn't have this email. When I showed it to her, she refused to look at it. She told me to get out of the store as she will not rent me the truck. The problem for me was that I booked the freight elevators at both apartments I was moving out and in. As well as movers were also for a limited time. I ended up going to another location where I rented everything and the service was good. This persons behavior costed me 2 hours in the morning, I was late for my scheduled time in elevator. I finished my moving at 2 am in the morning, had to pay extra for UHAUL truck, and pay extra money to the movers. Her behavior costed me 400 $ more and a lot of trouble as I was in rush, had to help movers myself, scratched furniture in hurry etc. The unprofessional behavior of the U-Haul manager makes me question, how do you hire and promote these people, as she is clearly a disaster for any business. I videotaped part of my conversation with her when she was increasingly mad. I will post it on google maps and yelp as well as a YouTube as I feel that the future customers of U-Haul have to know what kind of business they are dealing with.

The air conditioner was not working the check engine light was on and when I came to drop off the truck I told the young woman that the air conditioner and the check engine light was on and it wasn't working properly I also put gas back in the tank and she argue with me stay and it wasn't working properly I also put gas back in the tank and she argue with me saying that I didn't put enough gas back in saying that I didn't put enough gas back in she also charge me additional six dollars for gas but prior to me checking the truck she also charge me additional six dollars for gas but prior to me checking the truck back in she put in a miscellaneous dully for a customer who claimed he lost it he was very rude and disrespectful and that this point I would never rent a truck from that location again The bathroom was filthy all in all I give this location at a one

I had to wait over 25 minutes for someone to help me and I could see the manager in charge walking back and forth talking on the phone and actively refusing to speak with me until she decided she wanted to. By the time I got my vehicle, it was 40 minutes past my scheduled pickup but she didn't extend the time at which I had to drop the vehicle off. Disrespectful and frustrating.
