For the most part service was good. But I think for someone who has never rented a vehicle before, a lil more explaining is needed , like when you are returning the vehicle exactly where to do that when your finished with vehicle. don't assume someone knows.SHERRELL S.
The counter person showed up 25 minutes later for work (7:25 am); there was a line of people waiting since 7am; the guys in the lot were rude and confrontational; my truck didn't have the gas it was supposed to have and I couldn't upload the picture to prove it; I also didn't get the hand truck or furniture pads that I was charged for; and the truck had it's engine light on for 1/2 of the time I was using it, so I was in constant fear of breaking down. The entire experience was horrible and I'll never use u again.William F.

I reserved a van for 12:00 pm got there none were available said van was damaged and they could not rent me another one, even at a higher price . Young lady was nonchalant and offered no help another rep took over and did as my movers suggested and put in a reservation for a different location. The guy was good at his job but was 30 minutes late, making our trip even later. Since the night before UHAUL completely botched my entire pickup and set me a confirmation email for the wrong location. And at this location, the girl was completely unhelpful, tried to blame me for UHAUL's mistake, and told us to call "1-800 uhaul" Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. She was an idiot. Pay for â€œrunnersâ€ to pick up day return â€œone wayâ€ rentals that go out of state. It would be worth it so you'll have a better supply of well maintained reserved equipment in each states!!! Customers won't have to drive out of their way to pick one up before having to actually load/and unload it with their stuff which could take hours to do.ANA H.

Brake was very stiff, even the slightest tap would jolt us forward. Engine would get the RPM stuck at any speed over 50. Trailer Indicator light was on the dashboard. Every bump made it feel like the trailer was going to fly off. Not good.WALTER K.
