My phone died as I was completing the pictures. The truck is in perfect shape. It worked great and it is swept and clean and ready for the next customer. I don’t know if I got all the photos, but it’s just good to go. When I picked it up, it said 196 miles until empty. It now says 252 miles until empty. The invoice suggested I needed to fill it higher, but that is not the case. Contact me with questions 617-650-4120.
DAVID WWill never recommend or go to Uhaul location in Hyde park, Ma. My original reservation was for that location and the employee never open the store. Set me back 2 hrs with moving.

DOMINIC GI pulled up to the drop off location at 4:30, 30 minutes before closing. The employees never noticed and after 15 minutes of waiting I began the self return option.

STEPHEN Kmy origial assigned vehicle had a broken mirror! I returned to the office and asked for another vehicle. the Agent at the location was very reluctent to do so claiming "it is just the bottom mirror". Eventually he gave me the keys to another vehicle. WHen i returned the vehicle he did not updated the return and now U-Haul is charging me for two days rent, whereas i returned the car within 2.5 hours! All in all very poor serice combined with clear indefrence and incompetence.

BRIAN FThe car was clean. There was signal about oil change or engine. First I took truck, then asked to change, thanks employee has changed it. But I was not happy, because every time he gave old JM, although there were new fords. When I ask , he said he wanted to change only to JM. It would be better to give good and new car who comes first, without any signals.
VASIF VDriver had started the vehicle before our arrival which was great due to the cold weather.

RALPH KIt was an after-hours drop off, but it went smoothly. It took us a minute to figure out where to drop the key - the slot was on the garage door. The "were the personnel helpful" wasn't really applicable in this case as it was after hours, but there is no N/A option.

VICTOR DThey lied. Said it had 1/4 of a tank. I pulled out and the out of gas light came on. I put 5 gallons back in after very little driving and they charged me for fuel. Never again at this location.
BARRY EThe manager on duty was very professional. His name was Juan, very kind, thoughtful, and well trained in his job he has been on site for about 12 years. He knows what he’s doing. He was very helpful in getting me set up and on the way the truck was running and the heat was on. That was nice. Everything was fine with the truck until we went to fill it up before we turned it back in and we put 7 gallons of gas in the tank, but there was a huge leak between the tank and the filler pipe Not where we put the gas in but where the filler pipe connected with the tank and gas leaked out and significant amount. I drove it immediately back to the U-Haul place and told Juan about it that it was a huge safety hazard and needed to be fixed immediately he was unaware of the problem, but checked it out immediately and confirmed there was a noticeable leak Immediately called one of his technicians on the phone to come and take care of it, Juan took the truck out of service immediately -all in all Juan did a great job, even if the truck was not Safe

PABLO ATook financial advantage of me. I am not happy. Truck had only 34 miles of gas, it was not full. I put gas in, difficult to estimate right amount. I had an extra $50 of gas on return, no compensation. I lost $50 because shop did not fill the tank. Location said gave me "extra" miles, did not, miles not calculated correctly, got an excess mileage charge of $8.68 because I went to get gas. I was told by drop-off location, UHaul gives a $20 credit if not full tank of gas, I only got $13.12 for nearly empty tank. Just complete lack of clarity and customer care. Location full of rentals, maybe other people feel like I do.
