The person working behind the desk, who also seems to be the location manager seems like he was waking up from a nap. He wasn't very personable at all, and when I asked him questions, he responded as though I was annoying him. Aside from this representative of the company, I had a great experience.

Make sure you have the trucks you say you do. I reserved a cargo van, but the one on the lot had a broken mirror so i couldn't take it. The agent was very nice, though.

From what I experienced, probably this location is understaffed at least during the weekends. People queued up in a long line within a short period but the associate had to hurry things up himself.

Have someone there at open hours. I had to wait until 10:45 to pick up my vehicle since no one was there until that time. The store was supposed to open at 09:00!

The person was polite and friendly. The people I delt with at both the pick up and drop off were both fine. It was the fact I was told I could drop off locally and then changed via a text to a different location. After 5 calls over three hours I was told I had no option but to drop it to the location they changed it to. I have business dealings at work that use truck and van rentals. I will not be using Uhaul in the future.

The people that work there are not helpful and very rude The first time I rented they didn't have the truck I rented 20 and this time I rented a 17 for 24 hours and they told me they needed it back in 8 hours the manager is very bad go to the one on spring street

I had a lot of issues. Brief Explanation: 1. I received a truck without a ramp. Was told over the phone that I could trade it. I brought it back and was told by another employee that I can't. 2. I then asked for an appliance dolly, They said yes. Then they said no, the only one they have is the one on display and they can't give it to me. - So now not only do I have a small truck, that wont fit my entire apartment, and that doesn't have a ramp, I also don't have an appliance dolly to roll out any of my furniture. I wasted miles and hours of my time driving back to uhaul for nothing. If the man on the phone told me I wouldn't be able to trade the truck I would have never drove back there. The manager (?) wrote on my agreement to adjust the miles +10 for the wasted miles I drove from my home to uHaul & back. Gas should have also been adjusted as well as the time I wasted.
