I just want to say that I can’t remember the last time I had such amazing customer service! Cameron is truly an amazing employee who fully embraces the idea of providing excellent customer service! I picked up my Uhaul and had to make some changes, he didn’t hesitate to assist me. After leaving, I ended up locking the keys in truck with all my belongings, he was very helpful in getting the roadside assistance form iniated and explained the steps. Without me asking, he then stated he would change my return time to allow me some extra time. He never seemed bothered and reassured me to give him a call with any questions. Again he’s truly an exceptional guy! Thanks for the amazing experience!

Honor the quoted price given online. My trailer was not available as stated at the original pickup location so I was told I could go to another nearby location to get the trailer and not have to wait an additional day. I was NOT told that the price would be different. My reservation was for $76. The 2nd UHaul place said $166 and begrudgingly got it down to $116. Called UHaul and they said there wasn't much they could do about the price change but after turning it in after the rental period I could call and they "could try" to adjust the price. Bait and switch. False advertising. Deceptive business practices. Whatever you want to call it I am furious. If it's not rectified to at least what the original quote was, you can be sure a complaint will be registered to the BBB and the Massachusetts State Attorney General. Oh - shall we discuss the kid at the rental location who wanted me to just take the price so he could go home? I got that from him when he wasn't texting his friends.

Our mileage was recorded incorrectly and we were overcharged a little over a thou sand dollars. My husband had to go out of his way to go back in to dispute and showed the clerk the mileage on the truck did not match what they recorded

Better communication between Uhaul phone and branch locations. Extended rental over the phone via main Uhaul number and the branch had no idea and said I was late! C'mon! The man at the Uhaul location insisted I was wrong! I have rented from Uhaul many times. Improve your customer service or I'll go elsewhere.

Better educated workers who can explain insurance on vehicle and all the other charges on the bill.. And you make your customers park there personal vehicles 500ft away from your property on another business property and walk back to the rental truck..i have never experienced that at any other uhaul. Made my day of moving furniture so much worse.. I really can't say enough in this little box but just stay away they are bad. I will be renting from penske at Home Depot in west Robitussin for now on..

Remove the unwanted dolly and tarps from your trucks. If I wanted to rent them, I would have. Working around that used space was frustrating.

I'd be hard pressed to come up with an improvement. While I didn't expect a bad experience with Uhaul, I did figure on it being an encounter I'd need to stay on my toes for. After all, it is a business of franchises and customers on a short time frame clashing with owners/staff trying to insure their products are used and treated correctly. When my first trailer hadn't shown up, uhaul worked with me to find a new one quickly, and even found a different return location that saved me money. In West Roxbury, the staff were polite, prompt, professional, and went out of their way to assist with an issue that was initially preventing my vehicle from utilizing the blinkers on the trailer. They worked with me at every turn and even turned down a tip. I have to especially thank Harry for going above and beyond to get me safely on my way.
