The truck itself was fine. Both employees I encountered were gruff and not very pleasant. I felt like I was getting interrogated when I was picking up the truck. I purposely brought it back after hours so I didn’t have to interact with anyone.

SAMUEL RGet plenty of two wheel dollies. No other U-Haul had some. Had to rent one from home Depot. Gas at U-Haul is to damn expensive at 4 dollars a gallon is ridiculous.
ALEJANDRO BThey set the wrong truck drop-off location. I asked to return the truck to the Parkdale and Ih-10 location, but instead I had to return to the Vance Jackson location. I learned this after I arrived at parkdale. My car was at my shop, which is near the parkdale location. I had to arrange to get picked up and taken to my car after I dropped off at Vance Jackson.

CONNIE Nmy rating is based on the following: truck was not clean, chicken nugget was on the floor, truck was very old considering there was plenty they could have given me, steering was horrible and had too much play, vehicle should be taken off-line immediately. Butthe staff was nice!
SHEDRICK Jtruck was dirty inside must have put a new door lock because it was hard to open had problems with getting the truck to turn on and stay on thought I was going to get stuck called corporate to let them know in case I needed help other than that customer service people at shop or real pleasant but our truck for 3 days and worried about it installing on me
