Web site let us select an appliance dolly at initial check out. Then at pick up they didn't even have an appliance dolly and was confused why it let us add one to order. Then when returning the truck, they charged us 210 dollars for not returning the appliance dolly we never had to begin with. Now need to wait 3-5 business days to process their refund.

Javier LGet newer trucks. The truck made really weird noises when I drove it. It also was EXTREMELY dated. I also could not get the passenger mirror to be positioned correctly. I'd get out to fix it, get back in the truck and not be able to see. It was 100% manual and I could not adjust it without sitting in the driver's seat. The truck bounced around a lot and made a strange noise when I pushed the gas.

GEORGE M3 says after my my reservation was confirmed, I received a text stating they did not have the truck I reserved. I had to go out of my way to another location to get the truck. I paid for a dolly and furniture blankets. When I got to the site, there were no blankets. I called uhaul customer service and they opened a class action complaint. Still waiting to hear from them, but I definitely will be calling them back today. Very poor service from uhaul. As you can read, Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with them.

JIMMY KWe was not aware that the 10' haul did not have a rap. When I went to drop it off as I was going into the entrance a man came out talking and it was abrasive. Which startled me. He was blocking me from entering the store, where he raised his voice stating I am here to do your check in. In my opinion, I think you need to have a smoother way of checking in. Do not meet a customer at the door while talking, we don't know who he's talking to or her. Please don't startle your customers. It's not beneficial to you.

Alexander SThe morning we dropped off the Towing equipment The guy that was there was very rude. (Bob maybe)he seemed to be pissed we showed up early to drop off part of the rental equipment and in a very rude way he yelled he wasn't going to remove our vehicle for us. WE Knew this already since we did it ourselves at the time we picked it up in Albuquerque, we just needed to remove the trailer from the truck and go unload it, then go back and return the truck. He even threw some keys he had on the counter as his sign of frustration. I hope no one encounters this guy when he's in such ugly mood. My daughters and myself were very upset about this episode, We knew how to remove the chains, the tire harnesses and remove our vehicle and definitely DID NOT deserve to be treated that way. That said ... the guys that were there in the afternoon when we returned the Truck were very nice abd helpful .

ANTONIO HHad I not done the process online and returned it after hours myself, I'm pretty sure the price would've been double. My parents were going to do this and they aren't great with all technology yet. When I asked if I had to do anything with the truck upon returning after hours, the rep just said park it in the back and put the keys in the garage and you're fine. What wasn't said is that there's a $20 convenience fee charged if I don't do the return process online. The truck was great and clean and worked great, but that disregard and lack of transparency didn't sit right with me.
