The morning we dropped off the Towing equipment The guy that was there was very rude. (Bob maybe)he seemed to be pissed we showed up early to drop off part of the rental equipment and in a very rude way he yelled he wasn't going to remove our vehicle for us. WE Knew this already since we did it ourselves at the time we picked it up in Albuquerque, we just needed to remove the trailer from the truck and go unload it, then go back and return the truck. He even threw some keys he had on the counter as his sign of frustration. I hope no one encounters this guy when he's in such ugly mood. My daughters and myself were very upset about this episode, We knew how to remove the chains, the tire harnesses and remove our vehicle and definitely DID NOT deserve to be treated that way. That said ... the guys that were there in the afternoon when we returned the Truck were very nice abd helpful .

ANTONIO HHad I not done the process online and returned it after hours myself, I'm pretty sure the price would've been double. My parents were going to do this and they aren't great with all technology yet. When I asked if I had to do anything with the truck upon returning after hours, the rep just said park it in the back and put the keys in the garage and you're fine. What wasn't said is that there's a $20 convenience fee charged if I don't do the return process online. The truck was great and clean and worked great, but that disregard and lack of transparency didn't sit right with me.
