Ok not to get anyone in trouble. The staff on my pickup and drop date was not friendly at all. A 2) which is my fault because I didn't take pictures I went off what I was told. With my gas it was between 1/4 and 3/8 of a tank. That's where I bought it back. Even with driving to the apartment off 71 and 5th Ave no to daughter house on 15th and 27th s and back to you didn't take a much gas. It's partially my fault because I didn't take pictures make the contact asked. But honestly I will go else where before I return to 66th and 40th Ave N location
Latica SThe brakes and windshield wipers were shot. We spun out in oncoming traffic and couldn’t get the vehicle to stop. Very scary. Are the vehicles ever serviced? I have never in my life rented a death trap like this before!
Daniel LTruck was clean. It only took a couple minutes to do the contract. Returning it was quick and easy with no issues.

glen aTruck would not start after loading furniture. Took 5 hours and 20 phones to get help. Finally truck shows up with new battery and fixes. Pick up truck at 7am. 12pm before I could leave. Nightmare. Charged 130$. Got email saying I will be reimbursed. Still waiting

Julius WI was not satisfied with the online portion I was sent to 3 different places for the truck I wanted. Then the loadshare was a bad experience. The trailer wasn’t ready in Springfield didn’t take too long. The truck only got 7.9-8.3 mpg towing the trailer. The drop off building didn’t have an address on it or a parking lot with lights . Sketchy location .called phone number and was told they were closed until 9 Arizona time. Drop off for truck said I was supposed to turn it in in Leesburg Fl. Thankfully I had a picture of St Pete location on my order.. the whole experience was aggravating. But the truck got me there. Oh and when did you stop having locks on the cargo area?

TROY LOffer more assistance with picking up. I don’t hang up on people after you have them on hold forever.. somebody should be checking the gas when people return the truck in the condition of the truck

powell tThe app for pickup is horrendous, it timed out multiple times and wouldn’t allow me to submit photos. The vehicle was also parked in a way that made it impossible to take photos due to other vehicles blocking the sides and rear. I was unable to get the lock code and had to call two different support persons to assist. Never using U-Haul again specifically because of the app. The employees at the drop-off facility were nice.

Joyce SLights on one side were dim and he said it was fine. Got Honked at and felt Unsafe most of drive when changing lanes. Sold be a lick to keep trailer locked to ball, bent and couldn’t even get it off when dropping off trailer. Poor quality. And it was the more expensive u haul brand

JOSEPH PThe truck that was rented out to me felt like a death trap. The vehicle needs maintenance. The ride was very shaky. It felt as if there was a bubble on one off the tires. The engine sounded like it was running poorly. I received the vehicle in between a quarter and half a tank of gas. Before returning I put $30 dollars in the tank. And returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel than when I got it. Yet I was charged an additional fee of $19.45. This was not my greatest experience using U-Haul.

Scott HI answered no not as a reflection of the location. They were wonderful. I will never use hail again because your inventory algorithm blows! The last 2 times I've used haul I book a truck at a specific location. Uhaul then moves my pick up to a different location. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!!! What pisses me off the most is uhauls poor notification system. Sure you notify me of my pick up buried deep in the email. The message should highlight boldly PICK UP LOCATION CHANGE!!!! If you did thatvI would've complained ahead of time fir this BS customer treatment....you lost a customer & I'll tell this story to everyone I come in contact with contemplating a move

John PCustomer service at its best, thank you for that alone. Friendly, courteous service and the experience will surely be recommended to all I know. To boot, I left my credit card there and woke up the next day in a panic. When I arrived hoping it was there, they immediately relieved my fears by recognizing me and returning it after I had left it on the counter. Mike PWe picked up the truck took it to the location. Sat down and ate with the family and then ok let’s start packing the truck. Went to open it up and there was no ramp. Ran back to see if we could either move it to another day or get a refund and we’re told nope. We can’t help you. If you would have brought it back within 30 minutes we could have. But instead we will charge you $80 plus the gas. We have used U-Haul so many times before especially within the last month to move things to our new facility. But after this we will move on to other companies that work with their customers. Will never recommend anyone to use U-Haul again. You rent a truck you don’t use and you still get charged $80 for nothing.

OLGA DEverything about the check-in and check out process went fine and there were no issues and it was easy. Would like to make a special note to Joe from Ocala at roadside assistance who replaced three tires on my trailer. One was flat and two were precautionary and had a huge piece of mind, knowing that I would not be stranded roadside. Joe went out of his way to include checking the air pressure in my tow vehicle to ensure that I was as safe as possible. There was nothing eventful about the U-Haul experience except for Joe from Ocala going above and beyond and making it very comfortable to rent from U-Haul again. Service like Joe provided is what will have me coming back to U-Haul and recommending their services. I can’t say enough about him.

Gregg DHad hitch installed and rented a 4x8 trailer, noise developed at about 200 miles into my trip, figured since this was a new install, issue was with my vehicle booked an appointment only to advised by dealership parts of the hitch system had came loose. 11/2 days delayed, and 3 hotel pre booked lost, cost of repairs and hotels over a $1000 dollars, thanks Joe @ 66th north, St. Petersburg, Florida., Needless to say I won’t be visiting this location again and will not recommend it either. Trailer it self was awesome. I have a video of the issue if anyone wants to see it….supplied by the dealership….
