MELVIN LI was asked to return the vehicle full tank, I drove less than 2 miles and I filled more than 7-8 gallons of gas(petrol). Personal vehicle was parked in the uhaul location and while picking up personal vehilce was damaged and scrached. Please create a case and enquire, reimburse.
BALAJI SThe U-Haul app was terrible. The only reason I was able to complete the rental pickup was because of April, in customer service, who solved my problems remotely. The rental was picked up on a Saturday and the location was closed. Without April, this rental would not have happened.
Adam GI did the self-serve because it was a Sunday. I did the steps through the app and received a text saying I would get a phone call. The phone cal never came. I had to call U-Haul and wait on hold forever. The entire pickup process took 45 minutes. It was ridiculous.

Nautica MU-Haul online system was down nationwide for U-Haul locations as well as customers so my rental pick up was delayed to the next day but the Plymouth U-Haul team was courteous, friendly and professional and assisted me in every way they could so that my move could stay on track. This is a great U-Haul location with great personnel!
Anna LDrivers compartment of the vehicle was covered in mud. Upon returning the vehicle when I tried to select that the vehicle needed to be cleaned before it could be used again, the app wanted to charge me a cleaning fee as if I had done something wrong. I should be able to tell you that you are renting out filthy disgusting vehicles without paying a fee. If anything I should be given a refund not charged more.
David WNo real problems though the mobile phone pick up option seemed to be more complicated than it needed to be and it wasn't always easy to navigate on my phone screen.

tamy dCustomer service was nonexistent. One person told me to throw the keys on the counter and that’s it. It seemed odd there wasn’t a formal return/checkout procedure. That was evident when I received a call from UHaul customer service asking why I hadn’t returned the truck yet when I had returned it the same day I picked it up. Room for improving communication to customers.

MARGARET TThe man at the counter that serviced us was very rude and condescending. Also, my charges were not what is advertised. They are well above what this company advertises and they took a payment from my daughter on her credit card without telling us that they would also double charge my credit card the following day leaving my bank account in the negative and money not able to be refunded to me for 3 to 5 business days which is a huge inconvenience Because they charged me two times for a six hour rental. I give a zero on my whole experience at this location. I have used U-Haul previously to move out of state and had wonderful experiences.

gerald oI have no problem with the location but I have an ongoing problem with your website. About 2 months ago, something changed. The week of my reservation I check in online and add an additional driver. I have been doing this for years, but now the link is not sent to the additional driver, so when I pick up the truck, no one else is authorized. This is a recent change. It hasn’t;t always been that way. Please fix it.

JILL LI ordered blankets. Not in the truck. Had to wait. Then whe I took them I took a dozen less. Because it was a bother. Didn’t use all of them. And still got charged for the full three dozen. Not the two that I actually got.
ADAM DWe showed up 1 week before we needed the truck, booked it then all of the extra activity you have to do when you come to pick up the vehicle, things you could have been told bout when you initially ordered the truck, not a lot of explaining going on. It looked like everyone was told to pick up there truck at 3:30pm and the boss leaves at 3:00pm, so just one person operating many roles in the gas station. Then you get the key and go search for the truck. The truck was clean, the mechanics and tires not so great, I think the bare minimum is spent on maintenance. Did it do the job, sure, but so would a horse and cart. I’m not sure what I was expecting, the customer service was lacking and happy to say I only used the truck locally. Would I recommend them, I guess I would, not much competition out there.
JULIAN BNo one was at the desk when I went to turn the truck in. The key went missing because I had to turn it in at the front desk of the convenience store.

MARK DWe started using this location about six months ago because they were much better than any other prior UHAUL locations we've used as far as newer and cleaner equipment, our size truck availibilty, and their speedy check-in and check-outs.
GARY AI picked up a truck after hours with mobile pickup and the person before me didn't fill the tank, so I returned it to the level I was given and the location added a full tank charge to my card, even with a picture I loaded to thy app at pick up. Waiting for them to correct this, but this is cheap way to get extra money from customers

The lady, allegedly the manager of the Ann Arbor area dispatch, refused to change my return time and forced me to return the truck while the road condition is unsafe to drive due to heavy snow. She does not have any courtesy to others safety. If these kind of person is representing U-Haul, I will never rent from them again!

LOREN JThe pick up location was fine, the truck was ready as agreed. The truck was relatively new (5,500 miles) it had never been washed. The smell of smoke in the cab was so bad we bought a can of Lysol spray to try to make it better, (it didn’t make it better). Using the U-Haul app was very painful. A staff member saw me struggling and came out to ask me why didn’t I just come inside? I thought I had to use the app!

STEVE TWe dropped the truck off after hours, and the key drop box was inside the gas station, all the way at the back of the store. The gentleman running the gas station was very welcoming, but it would have been helpful to have some signs directing us to the key drop box.
CHLOE HThe operational hours for the drop-off location are 10 AM to 4 PM. I arrived too early have U-Haul representatives inspect the vehicle at my drop off location. Once the vehicle was checked in, i was immediately informed and alerted with a turn-in receipt via email. FYI: I downloaded the U-Haul app on my phone which turned out to be worthless. All transactions were better accomplished via email links to invoices and receipts. I was never able to see my reservation on the app at any time.

RICK DThe check-in process was very long and that should've been mentioned. It took over 20 minutes for us to get into the vehicle. Then, the pictures that were required at the end should've come before the step when asking about the odometer. We locked everything up and couldn't get all of the pictures because the order of things we needed to do to return the vehicle seemed backwards. Then, I went to take a picture, the app quit and then I didn't have any ability to formally complete the process. Hoping that it was actually wrapped up and accpeted.

CHARLES SIf desk person isn't going to be at the desk a bell or a phone number to call would be helpful. I waited 5 minutes before I began looking around the location only to find the representative chatting with the gas station employee who was stocking shelves.

Mike KThere was some minor damage/scrapes on the truck I observed when I picked it up. The U-Haul app was awful. Considering everything on the website says to use the app, it was frustrating when the app didn’t work. Shut down on me when I was returning the truck. Luckily the helpful person, TJ, I spoke with on the 1-800 number helped me out.
