I was asked to return the vehicle full tank, I drove less than 2 miles and I filled more than 7-8 gallons of gas(petrol). Personal vehicle was parked in the uhaul location and while picking up personal vehilce was damaged and scrached. Please create a case and enquire, reimburse.
BALAJI SThe U-Haul app was terrible. The only reason I was able to complete the rental pickup was because of April, in customer service, who solved my problems remotely. The rental was picked up on a Saturday and the location was closed. Without April, this rental would not have happened.
Adam GI did the self-serve because it was a Sunday. I did the steps through the app and received a text saying I would get a phone call. The phone cal never came. I had to call U-Haul and wait on hold forever. The entire pickup process took 45 minutes. It was ridiculous.
