The over all experience was good, but the truck we picked up was pretty banged up and old. The exhaust was extremely loud, the driver door was sprung from a previous accident and was difficult to close. Outside of the truck was muddy. Two wheel cart and moving blankets were missing.

Jamie GGas gauge not working. Engine light on, informed owner. " thats okay. " Even when told it didn't start right away. Uhaul employee late. No one at uhaul counter when dropping off truck. Had to ask gas station employee what their name was when I dropped off the truck. I wanted to know who was responsible for the key. The employee was not wearing a name tag. I would not use this location again as I felt I was a bother when I picked up the truck. Tha Canton location was more personable.
Cory EThe truck I rented was not clean. A previous renter had spilled food and some foul-smelly liquid (possibly vomit?) on the floor of the cab. I had to had to take the time to clean the cab and fully remove and deep clean the floor mats before using the truck for my move. The pick up location should have done this before renting the truck.
