It was a very weird experience. The person working the gas station was the only U-Haul worker and we had to wait for all the gas station customers to be checked out before we were taken care of even though we were there first. It was very confusing to have a U-Haul counter but no worker at it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTheir system did not reflect what I had been quoted both online and over the phone. Had I not had the presence of mind to call the U-Haul rep that called be the evening before, it could have been a different outcome.
Charles JNothing wa wrong with the location. The trucks climate control fan knob was missing and no ac or heat was coming out. It was hot so no ac, and needed the fan to control the moisture ans fog on the windshield in the morning.
Andrdew FThe truck is in terrible shape. The transmission did not shift correctly. Recommend immediate service. The location and employees were all good.
