Exceptional customer service. Can’t thank them enough. I made a mistake on my pick up time. I thought it was 4:30 and it was 3:30. Received a call around 3:45 and they stayed after the 4 pm closing to accommodate me. It is not a super busy location so that makes the experience much better. I had a great experience!

THOMAS JDidn’t have the truck I needed. Moved me last minute to a location further away. Arrive at location no one there can help me they’re closed, do the mobile pick up, check the back, no dolly’s. Why let you rent something with out the promise of the tools you’re purchasing being readily available?
