The truck was locked in a yard and no one answered the phone at all three numbers we were given. We called out to a woman who roused a man who was sleeping in an RV on the property. He finally opened the gate and we were able to get to the key box and collect the truck but it put us about an hour behind.

Nereo MTrailer was working for my needs so tried to swap out would not let me swap out made my close contract and rerent a new trailer I work for a rental agency and would not do this to a customer
Efrain Tu-Haul changed my reservations three times. The second place they had me go to was not open when it was supposed to be open. The place I was supposed to return it to was not open. Cost me at least three hours of time waiting our driving to different locations.
