Pickup location is a gas station; no where to sit or do any paperwork. Rep who signed out the truck, significantly messed up the drop-off location and mileage for our rental. We did not get to review anything and we were not given a copy of any paperwork (they do not have a way to print it since its a gas station). We were handed the keys and only told to do the damage walk-around.
