N/A.. When I picked up the trailer in St. Paul NE, I was helped right away, filled out the paperwork and the trailer was hooked up on my truck. We reviewed the setup & left. The drop-off was the same in Snyder TX. Showed up, reviewed the papers, unhooked & on my way in 10-15 mins.
