The truck was not clean, the single employee was overwhelmed and far too slow, and there is inadequate parking. The uhaul trucks are parked on city streets and block driveways.

I was very pleased with the service and he worked with us for anything we needed.
CHRISTOPHER BClean and truck ran. Engine service light and tire service lights on.. Air conditioner did not work. No gas cap. No point in phone pick up when no keys in lock boxes. Forced to wait over 90 minutes for someone to show up and provide a key. Unwilling to provide service to vehicle. Sketchy location.

SHANECE CI was reserved at U-Haul on New Circle in Lexington Kentucky on Friday, August 29th. On Saturday, August 30 I went to go through the process of renting the truck and there wasn't any availability no trucks. I was sent to Maryland Avenue U-Haul, I had to wait until the representative Jamie appeared because the business was locked not open for proper business practices and process was unprofessional, finally truck rented. I had to call when returning truck( in Louisville Ky )because the gas was on 3/4 of a tank when I received the truck we reach Louisville Kentucky it was on 1/2 of a tank. Once I filled the truck with $15.00 of gas the gauge stated 3/4 but when I returned to the company in Louisville Ky on 3rd Street I was told it wasn't on 3/4's so there was something wrong with the gas gauge and I went back to the gas station (Kroger) and put an additional $10 in the gas tank and it still showed the gas gauge under 3/4's. I called Jamie in Lexington Kentucky to tell him the issues he argued with me stating there was nothing wrong with the gauge at this point I was frustrated and needed him to talk to the representative at the 3rd Street U-Haul regarding the gas gauge issue because they wanted me to pay additional monies that I didn't have and I had already put $25 in the gas tank due to non operational equipment. Very dissatisfied

Keith MThis was the easiest pick up and return I’ve ever done with a rental. The owner of the Antique Shop happened to walk up just as were poorly trying to work the lock on the mobile lock box. Perfect timing. Truck was clean and just what we needed for the day.

Left truck there and did return with app. Another rental customer showed up while I was there and said this was the 4th location he had tried to return a trailer at. Location itself was fine, just no one there. Difficult to rate store properly. After hours drop off box was easy to find.

Darian PThe app would not allow me to use my rear camera to take photos - only the "selfie" camera - and thus, the drivers license photos were repeatedly rejected for being out of focus. Customer service was helpful, but could not correct the issue with the app. The truck was excellent, and the actual pickup/ dropoff process was smooth.

KATRINA CJamie Ugly Duckling in Lexington erroneously billed extra mileage for the rental. We incurred 132 miles, and he incorrectly stated it was 201. The truck had sensor issues, and the check engine light was on the entire time. We advised him of that before driving away, and he said it was fine. The error is resulting in $54.51 in overbilling. I will escalate within uHaul until this is resolved, and sent an email yesterday describing the issue to 773003_AFM. I would like someone to email with with a resolution.
