Your app doesn't work. The app allows for rental pickup outside of business hours, but when something goes wrong, there is no option for help. The app did not accept the uploading of pictures, which stopped the check in process. Again, the business is closed. What is the customer supposed to do? The app needs work...

Jamie YThe only complaint I have is picking up my rental. I had difficulty getting the unlock code to get the key and also I had to call back to get the pictures to go through. Other than that I did not have any other issues with the rental.
