I used the vehicle for 11 miles of total driving from pick-up to drop-off. I put 0.62 gallons of gas into the vehicle immediately before drop-off to account for the fuel used for these 11 miles of driving. There was a line in the building, and one overtly stressed and disgruntled employee was being rude to a customer on the phone immediately upon my entering the building. After an abrupt exchange with the woman on the phone, who was audibly upset and asking for help, he informed her he couldn't help her because he was too busy with physical customers, and hung up on her mid-reply. He then proceeded to be ornery with the customer in front of him, and snapped at the customers in line asking what they wanted, and complaining loudly that his co-worker was missing. When asked, I stated I was there for a drop-off, he directed me to place my rental key on his desk and waved me away as if he was done with me. Then my adjusted bill arrived electronically, and I was charged a refill charge for 2 gallons of gas at an exorbitant rate. Even if I had not replaced all the gas I used, with likely a little extra to spare, two gallons for 11 miles of driving? Am I to believe that a brand-new pickup truck with 176 miles at time of rental only gets 5.5 miles to the gallon? I demand a refund for this clearly unrealistic and invalid charge.

Don't over charge
Kaydine WI was called the day before asking to change the uhaul location for my 15’ truck I ordered. I agreed. I went to the new location only to be told they didn’t have any trucks at all. 20 minutes after arriving I was told the only option was a 26’ truck that had to have been jump started that morning. I did not feel comfortable driving that vehicle, especially because I had ordered what I needed (the 15’ truck). After another 20 minutes I was told my only option was to take a 10’ truck. At that point I had to agree because I needed to move that day and had no other choice. Due to this change I had to take two trips instead of one with the uhaul and so I not only had to put more miles than predicted on, I had to pay for more gas to refill it and it took twice the time to move.

June HInside of truck cab smelled heavily like marijuana from a previous customer. Truck ran poorly and was a major gas hog. person on duty when I dropped off the truck a day early acted oddly and unprofessional and I believe the lady that I rented from on the day of pickup had her younger daughter helping her ring up customers?? someone should look into this location...in major need of management assessment and employee guidance.

Gary MThe truck was decent overall for. Uhaul. But the worker gave me the truck with 1/8 of a tank and said it needed to be back with 1/4 tank. I questioned this he gave me a $20 credit to compensate . I went across the street after inspecting the truck and ended up putting in $50 to get the truck to 1/4. Then had to fuel up again later. I feel uhaul need to own the fact they provided the truck with less than the required amount of fuel or a least consider the high price of gas when giving credits for their error.

STANLEY DEquipment was clean and ready to go. They also had the needed hitch for the rental as the one I had brought was too big. Trailer also appeared to have new or at the least, newer tires. pickup was easy and fast and the personnel were helpful.
Jeffrey WI had planned to use their self-check-in feature, but for some reason, their system rejected my attempts. Despite being super busy, their rep stopped what he was doing and got me on my way. They were out of moving pads, which was a drag. But again, their rep scrounged up a few for me, which were a big help! Definitely recommend this U-Haul store! I've been renting from them for years and never had a bad experience.
Phillip NEverything went very smoothly and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint was that the employees that opened that day were 20 minutes late in arriving, so we had to wait that time until they arrived (opened at 9:20 AM). Other than that, everything went smoothly and was a very positive experience.

He also went well over the normal customer Service and I would always recommend this site. Upon completion of using the trailer when I returned it Damian was also very helpful to me and guided me in to release the trailer. This site was Alex and Damien was the best experience I've had.

THOMAS MI called to rent a 15 ft box truck and was told it would be 29 for the day and 99 cents a mile I had the truck for 3 hrs and put 17 miles on it and put 8 dollars in gas before returning it and was charged 71 dollars what happened to the 29 dollars for the day and 99 cents a mile for 17 miles apparently they have a lot of hidden costs I don’t like being told one thing and then being charged more than I was told
ROBERT Vapproached the counter let them know that this was my first time using a U-Haul and said that I did not know how long it would take. I only reserved for four hours, but it might take longer and I asked what would happen if it was longer.. Literally looked at me and said nothing. So when I returned after eight hours opposed to four hours because the move took longer, although it was a short distance upon checking out on the app, it indicated that it charged me double due to the time. I was not expecting that at all for less than a one day period and had I known prior to mobile checkout I would've just kept it until the next day.

AZE TRented a 10’ U-Haul truck at this location, I received the truck at 75% fuel (the meter is in-between the full and half) and had it for 35 miles. I received it at 64200 miles and I returned it at exactly 64235 miles. when I returned it I filled up to even past the 75% mark (probably 85%) almost full but they still charged me $16.65 for some reason. I will be leaving a good review aswell. I don’t understand why you’d charge me an extra $16.65 but the truck was filled, we were at the desired mileage, the truck was cleaned, I will be calling to check why aswell.
MAHDI Zi didnt like the idea of someone spraying air freshner or something into the vents i had to travel the whole time with window down i coudnt use the vents the smell was very powerfull when i told my buddy about it he said yes he rented one from the same place and was the same way ,,probably will look for different location next rent
