The online pickup process was not smooth. The first part in uploading images and finding the truck was as expected. When I went to get the key there was some issue, though I don't know if it was personnel or a technology issue. As such, the overall process from the time I started the process until I drive off took about 20 minutes. My previous experiences with in-person pickup has never taken that long.

The van I rented had trash stuck under and behind the sits when I rented it. It had not been cleaned out. The front windshield was filthy. I had to scrub it down before I could drive it anywhere. There was blood on the back door also. First time getting a van that was that dirty.

Specify charges so there is no confusion, what is and what is not included with roadside assistance, the whole experience just seemed a bit shady, after being told where my truck was located , I was directed to a different vehicle, it was strange and unpleasant.

Have employees answer the phone when customers call with questions, because I call 10 tines and no one ever answer my calls and fix the return after hours app because it keeps on kicking custumers out of app when are trying to return rental.

THE PRICE was triple what I thought it would be for just 2 hours. I should have rented from Home Depot. You quoted me $ 30 plus mileage. Ended up $ 95 with gas. Also, marked it as Full when missing 1/8 tank. Never told me to check it or the mileage before I started. But, truck was good. Again, next time, for a short time, I will go elsewhere. You were too expensive.

I tried calling the store several times and was placed on hold by the automated system for 20 to 30 minutes each time and no one ever came to the phone. I wanted to speak to someone about returning a car hauler after closing hours to see if there was a way not to get charge for two days versus one day. I returned the trailer three hours after it was due Because of heavy traffic but I was charged another full day even though I returned it the same day I was supposed to the difference is I was three hours late.

I use Uhaul several times a year and this location is the best. Maybe it's the blue collar neighborhood and clientele but they are just pleasant people to deal with. Good hiring practice for this store. Thanks!

I hurt myself with your truck tow hitch. The location expressed their concern but your customer service line couldn't have cared less. Just wanted to express a secret concern and I was completely ignored by your customer service rep. Location and truck were excellent your customer service line was horrible

Site when we finally got one was fine. U Haul service is awful. This was our fourth location for "pick up". Has to be a better way! We reserved weeks in advance and were treated poorly by sending us to 4 different locations. None of which was our original booking. Will avoid uhaul at all costs.

Honestly, everyone was super nice, so I feel really bad about leaving a negative review. The reason I'm doing so is because I was not provided the furniture dolly I rented with the trailer, despite being told it was inside the trailer and ready to go. Not having the dolly meant that I could not move any of the items I intended to as I was physically unable without the dolly assistance. However, as I'd only been able to rent the trailer at 4:45pm, by the time I realised the dolly was missing, the store was past close. I called several times in case anyone was still on location, but no luck (that is not the fault of the store, I understand once they're closed for the night, there is no obligation to keep up store services until the next open). I returned the trailer the same night as I was not able to use it. I read the contract twice over to make sure I did everything correctly, parked it in the lot where the manager had told me was a good place to leave it, and went home. I was not told, by the manager, by contract, or otherwise, that I had to check the trailer in online once returned. I did see the signage, but truthfully, as it had not been outlined anywhere else, I thought that was an option only for people who had carried out the entire transaction online. I was charged a late fee and I was not refunded the money spent on the dolly. I called the location two days in a row, multiple times a day (using the contact number on the contract), but was never answered. Customer service told me the only way to solve the dispute was to return in person. Despite being a ways away from the location (as I'd moved to a different city), I returned to request a refund. At this point, I requested a refund for the entire purchase as I was not able to use any of the equipment due the absence of half of the purchase and the misinformation given concerning the returns. Again, the gentleman that helped when I went back was very nice. However, he wasn't understanding that nowhere had I been made aware of the online return requirement. It was not in the contract. The associate from the beginning did not tell me. Yet I was being told to pay for the late fees. Once I showed picture evidence of the trailer's early return, the man agreed to refund the dolly purchase alone. I felt this was not an appropriate way to handle a situation in which I had been rented an essentially unusable trailer, missing equipment, undisclosed late fees, and made to drive incredibly far out just to discuss the matter. I was told by the employee that a full refund was out of his hands, and he sent an email to his higher-ups to contact me. I'm still waiting on that contact email, weeks later. Lovely employees, but disappointed with the service.

Best trailer rental experience ever! The staff during both the pickup and drop off were incredibly kind and helpful. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't able to use the equipment to move my items from Phx to LA, and the staff was extremely helpful when I returned the items to the original pickup location at 32nd & Bell. Thank you for making this experience as efficient and painless as possible!

Evan was helpful when I picked up my container. I had to work with a different office to locate the storage container and arrange pick up. The never contacted me. The storage bolts were still my box.
