So many times, it took forever to get the sliding doors opened at 7 am, been there when they open it at 10 even 11. RAE is the main reason I moved out, calling to remind to pay, Sunday Memorial Day weekend she calls me and tells me I'm past due on rent. I have had up to 6 units at 1 time. RAE always introduces herself to me as the new asst manager and how she is here to help. I don't trust her. I have been there for many years. Now I'm forced to find somewhere else to go. JENN is the only one there that had customer service skills and very knowledgeable, will miss her. It's just not worth the hassle.

Never returned the money and then when I called said they couldn’t do anything about it and that I had to speak with the actual place I got the rental and then when I called them they said call corporate bc they can’t release or return any payments. Circle and no resolve. Won’t be using U-HAUL again.
