Dropping off the trailer was so easy that I felt I was missing something! Lol!! I pulled up, they disconnected it and made sure everything was okay, and I drove off. So convenient and thoughtful because after a 30 hour drive, I was exhausted!! The black woman at this location was amazing and we had great conversation! They are lucky to have her!! Sal was the best. I rented at this location even though it's not the nearest for me. A week before my move, I happened to stop by to look at moving stuff and Sal explained me all options for packing and moving available. He saved me lot of pain and money for packing and moving. I picked up at 7am day after Thanksgiving and Thomas and the other guy were enthusiastic and efficient. I literally was hooked up and driving away by 7:20a.m. The auto transport performed flawlessly. Upon my return, I was quickly assisted by a friendly employee, her name might be Anna. She had me unhooked and on my way in minutes. Very impressed, all aroundTHOMAS H.

The online pickup process was not smooth. The first part in uploading images and finding the truck was as expected. When I went to get the key there was some issue, though I don't know if it was personnel or a technology issue. As such, the overall process from the time I started the process until I drive off took about 20 minutes. My previous experiences with in-person pickup has never taken that long.Stephen F.
The van I rented had trash stuck under and behind the sits when I rented it. It had not been cleaned out. The front windshield was filthy. I had to scrub it down before I could drive it anywhere. There was blood on the back door also. First time getting a van that was that dirty.Deanna E.

Have employees answer the phone when customers call with questions, because I call 10 tines and no one ever answer my calls and fix the return after hours app because it keeps on kicking custumers out of app when are trying to return rental.Haydee B.

THE PRICE was triple what I thought it would be for just 2 hours. I should have rented from Home Depot. You quoted me $ 30 plus mileage. Ended up $ 95 with gas. Also, marked it as Full when missing 1/8 tank. Never told me to check it or the mileage before I started. But, truck was good. Again, next time, for a short time, I will go elsewhere.
