DANIEL CI continue to be return customer to this location. I have always selected this location because I enjoy the knowledgeable individuals who work at this location. In particular, Clayton and Lucie. These two individuals are top self and very professional. They should be acknowledged for this and I do hope that those in charge will recognize this. I will continue to use this location because of them, even though there are U Haul locations that are sometimes more convenient. Thank you!

SUZZANNE CThere were parts broken in the u haul, the seat adjuster was stuck and hard to use, and the side mirrors were impossible to adjust, very tight. Also the moving helper company was mostly unhelpful and the moving service was a disaster. I will never hire workers with them again!

Kevin sWork didn't properly hook up my chains, or check my lights. I was pulled over on the way back to FortBragg. For my chains sparking off the hwy. And the officer also pointed out that my lights were not working. But I had purchased a brand-new trailer light adapter that did not work whatsoever. I called and made a report of this with customer service. While I was in the store the man who helped me said they were absolutely brand new to renting trailers and he didn't know really anything about it. And when I tried to double check the trailer he told me that I couldn't because he had to. And he assured me all was done properly when in fact in was not done properly at all.
LOGAN SI was allowed to reserve a truck at one location through your online reservation system that was not actually available to be rented. They referred me to the next-nearest U-Haul provider, who had the right truck available. I was able to proceed with my move, but only with added cost and the inconvenience of going to a further location. Furthermore, my "pending" credit card charges still show charges at both locations (including the one that did not have the truck). Please resolve that. As far as the location to which I was referred goes, they were fine. My issue is not with the original vendor where I made the reservation; my issue is with the U-Haul online reservation system that told me a truck would be available for me there when it was not.

Steve PIt seemed like for my uhaul, the brakes need to be checked. 1st time I have ever driven a uhaul or any box truck, but it was like either the weight of the truck or the need to check the master brake cylinder. I had to stop sooner and stay further back. I wasn't sure if truck would stop quickly. The minute I press the brake pedal, it was sluggish to go down and I felt it might keep moving with my foot on the brake, like what happens when a master brake cylinders going out, which is a problem I experienced in a passenger vehicle of my own.
DARCY MThe young laddies I worked with here were where as quick and efficient as they could possibly be with staff they had, they were friendly enough, got me in and out of there for a decent enough price. I would recommend this location.

MARCELLUS RA $43 estimate charge for using the equipment for a 15 mile run 4 hour use turned into a $1600+ charge that took almost 5 days to get that money back into my bank account. Lesson for uhaul to train employees to check and confirm. Human error! Yes ! We do make mistakes but 2 things we try not to make mistakes are people and money
SAMISONI TI would encourage you to wash all equipment upon return. In addition, I would confirm that all necessary functions on the equipment are working properly. My windshield wipers were broken. I told the agent but he didn't seem to be as concerned about it as I was.
Jennifer HThis sites parking needs to address how to handle U-Haul returns and customers personal vehicles…I was recently in a minor fender binder with another customer because of parking congestion…customers tend enter and leave through the same U-Haul return entrance, thus, causing aforementioned congestion.

ANGELA CI rented a fifteen inch trailer for a four hour rental period. I was not told to do a pretrip inspection or take pictures of the fuel gauge or mileage. After returning the rental, I was surprised to find a charge for an additional $224 (original cost was $90). I then inspected the original receipt to find they had misquoted the original mileage and fuel tank and charged me to fill the full tank of gas and 100 miles. I contacted the store and customer support, but neither are able to assist me because I did not take pictures of the original fuel gauge, stating that all employees are trained to instruct me to do a pretrip inspection, but I was not. Now I'm stuck with paying $300 for using 1/8th a tank of gas for a four hour reservation. I do not recommend using this uhaul store, they will take advantage of you with predatory behavior.

FRANK CWe reserved a uhaul in Davis, CA and then were told we needed to pick it up in Sacramento - this added miles to our rental and we ended up going 1 mile of the alloted miles - not our fault - we wanted to pick up in Davis. We were given the wrong drop off location - they were closed when we tried to drop off the truck so we found a different one and ended up being 30 minutes late for drop off (not our fault if we were given the right information). Finally - we requested a utility dolly - the man came out and said we don't have one so make sure you get a refund when you drop it off- seriously - we are moving - I said well we need some sort of dolly and he gave us an appliance dolly. This place has horrible customer service.

David the manager was attentive in answering my questions during the walk-around of the van I rented and Luisanna was knowledgeable and explained the renting process very carefully. Both David and Luisanna provided excellent customer service making this location my go-to UHaul location.
MARIA GOur particular truck was a gas guzzler. We used $81 of gas for 130 miles of driving around n generally flat roads with a moderate load. And yes, the tow light was turned off.
