The truck that I rented would vibrate horribly if driven over 50mph. I could not swap it out with a different truck due to time restraint. It was clean though.

The place was fine, the trucked was clean but it was not maintained well. The two front tires were very worn down on the outer sides. It was very difficult to drive and would shake terrible once you got it to 55 mph. It was horrifying to drive it but due to our circumstances we had no choice. My original reservation was set up so I had to seek other options and unfortunately that wasn't a safe option. We were luckily that we didn't get into an accident with the truck we were given.

The two women at the customer counter during my visit could not have been more wonderful. They were knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and welcoming. They helped me understand my contract, expectations, and made it clear I was welcome to come to them with any questions, comments, and/or concerns. The rental process was also very easy and smooth.
