The mobile app is trash. Tried to reserve a vehicle but the app kept telling me my current GPS coordinates didnt match the locagion.. after 5 minutes gave up and walked over to the location and hade my vehicle in 5 minutes dealing with real people who were amazing. Always hated the app with all the endless up-selling. But this latest update is trying to do God knows what

We noticed a nail in the rear left tire and informed the yard person , he checked it and told us it should be ok . Drove 3 miles to pick up a load and before we got there we had a flat tire in that same tire with the nail . We wasted a good hour and a half to change the tire in that Chevy truck. Not too happy this time

I reserved a 26' truck, after waiting 30-40min in line, was told the previous renter did not return the truck at the designated time. I had to get a 20', which cost me a lot of time and money. The manager of the facility took steps to make it right and if not for him, I'd never rent another uhaul.

The check in service was great. The return was okay. No real issues but the gentleman who was there when I returned the truck seemed a little put out because I needed a printed copy of the invoice. Just not as friendly as the gentleman who was there in the morning when I picked up the truck.

Extremely painful to have to download U-Haul app and create account simply to drop truck off after hours. The threat of additional charges if this was not done was not appreciated.

Guys were great! I lost $200 i thought it might of been there, I went back they didn't have it but they called 30 min later saying they looked along the premiter and found $5 they're not sure if the rest blew away. I told them it wasn't mine, I lost 2 $100 bills. But I really appreciated the effort and gesture! Made me feel better about good people in this world after such a disappointing mistake on my part.

Take time to listen to the customer name. Mine was spelled horribly wrong "Alrisha" when it was "Larisa". Felt like it mattered since it's a rental contract. But I appreciate the speed of the service during a busy time.

There was a chirping sound that occurred every 20 minutes throughout a 3.5 hour drive. No one could find the culprit. It is a mystery. Truck was great. Drives great. Staff was also great.

The padlock for the back was extremely difficult to use. It’s a really short round lock with a thick bolt that barely fit through the hole to lock it. It kept catching and not closing all the way. I could not do it. My husband could not do it. I ended up calling a neighbor for assistance.

Van came with mirrors unadjusted and attendant didn't have the tools to correct it for us. The van's battery later died and we became stranded for a few hours forcing us to miss the storage unit (closed at 6pm). We hope to comped for our time.
