I was lied to by the clerk, manager and another associate and made to believe that the truck and the key was missing. I went to the location on Saturday and the truck was there in the parking lot with the key inside. I was told the manager walked the premises and did not see the truck. It was turned in after hours on Wednesday January 18th and the key was put in the key box. I don't know what type of business is being ran there but something ain't right. I numerous of charges to my card and would like for the charges to be refunded. They never contacted me to say anything was wrong I found out on my own . I thought it was funny to see all the charges on my card and to receive a text saying the truck had not been checked in. This put so much stress and anxiety on me and I was very disappointed and confused on why they would pull such a stunt.

One of the straps on the transporter was broke and one of the workers used rope to secure my jeep but it didn't hold so we had to purchase a strap from a truck stop to secure my vehicle!

The 26 footer still had boxes on it from when someone was moving and it smelled like roach spray bc what some had it there I guess it was on empty when I picked it up it was shaking while driving the glove carparkment wouldn't close I did not like this truck but I still used it to get job done.

You bastards don't do your job at all I'm currently disputing a 307$ charge YALL put on me because your employees are incompetent as hell on 1/5 I rented a U-Haul for 50 miles I used 26 of those miles turn it in before time then on Be 1/7 I rented a truck your contract letter said it was on full they gave me a truck with 49 miles left in it if this doesn't show you how stupid theses folks are demographics make it worse because they technically in the hood. But no excuse not to do your fuccin job

Customer service at this location is PISS POOR. The representatives are HORRIBLE. They talk on their phones and act like you're bothering them by asking questions. They respond to customers with "Huh, Yeah, Nah, ect". The women on duty are especially rude and unprofessional. I only rent from this location because the vehicle I need to always available. But even the vehicles are poorly maintained. I have received a vehicle without heat, radio, low tire pressure, a check engine light, and a cracked windshield. The reps in maintenance sit there and act as if the air machines are always down and they can never put air in tires. I could go on and on, but I digress. the fact is that we spend a lot of money with U-Haul so it would be great to be treated as such.

I did the mobile app Check-In along with picking up the box truck. After completing the necessary info on my mobile phone, the next instruction said ‘SKIP THE LINE! Head inside and go straight to the side of the counter …'. Once the associate was done with who she was talking to I asked for the key for the vehicle. She then proceeded to tell me that there's a line and I need to go to the back of the line and wait my turn. I was very embarrassed and the other customer looking at me like I just cut them all off. I apologized to them and explained what the situation was. When I finally got to the front of the line I showed the associate what the instructions were on the mobile app and she proceeded to say ‘u-haul be doing some dumb shit' This was not a great experience

The vehicle had eaten sunflower seeds all in the floorboard of drivers seat - other than that the location was efficient and professional - I did not tell them About sunflower seeds until I returned the truck - I took photo when I took possession of truck - it was really no problem- but thought I should let y'all know

The Truck that I used : Inside was SMELLED HORRIBLE/ Almost like a Landfill, Outside wasn't bad at all. UHAUL Agent was Very Helpful & Explained Everything that I Needed to know.

The truck had some wear and tear, but it was good… I had trouble submitting my ID information via my phone however, the certified owner Mr. Sameem Ibn-Phillips help me by snapping my ID then entering it with his phone… Great customer, service, skill!

Even with reservation, took 30 mins to print out. Was never told fee for dolly/pads. Mgr ultimately refunded there were NO pads. Truck had padlock told to bring truck back/call locksmith. Had to go back & get key. Employees never acknowledge people (traditional raised finger "one moment" or smile), until they are ready to serve you @ counter. Polite but can't type a line or answer a phone query without Mgr who is usually out on lot.

The inside customer service was good. When I got in the truck, I noticed the tire pressure light was on. I told one of the employees and he said he would check them manually. He gave me the ok. When I got to my destination, my husband said why did you take this van, the tired we're so bald and not safe to be driving. Additionally the back door was stuck and we couldn't use it. When I returned the truck I told the employee, he also couldn't get it opened. And was shocked at the condition of the tires.

The mgr was rude never greet me when I walked in , was having his own personal conversation on his personal phone, did not offer to assist with any equipment just being rude ask where the truck was located he just pointed, I will never visit this location again and don't recommend it either, I don't know if he just got the position of being the general manager or not be he does not give uhaul and good representation he awful , he needs better training on customer service,

I am new to Atlanta and I was told that I could drop the trailer off at the location nearest my destination so I did just that. I rented the trailer for 2 days and returned it. More than 15 days later, uhaul charged my card an additional $484 that was I authorized. This was highly unacceptable. I need to be refunded now! Please.

The original reservation could not be honored. The car that I ended up being available was dirty, smelled bad, the check engine light was on and I had to put air in the front right tire a total of 5 times in a 24 hour period. Worst experience ever and I was also overcharged.

A full tank of gas would be nice to get the customer to point A without stop for fuel time one get in the vehicle, and making sure that in the summertime the A/C works properly and the heat doing the cold season. Other than those two issues, I love doing business with U-Haul. Thanks U-Haul

I have never had a more Horrendous experience at any U-Haul in all my years of using your service. All of your representatives need customer service training. I was placed on hold for hours, ignored and treated like crap. I was over charged $435.00 and no one seemed to care. Who does that? Please look at your store cameras and listen to the phone conversations they both will tell the whole story. I could write a horror book about my experience. I hope and pray to God that I will never have to rent anything from your Candler Rd store again. A very disappointed customer

Staff needs better customer service skills, attitudes were horrible as if they didn't want to be at work, never smiled once, they need more training how to do their job efficiently because my contract/reservation was cancelled they had to reverse the charge which it took few days for the refund to reflect on my account. Just to get the same contract again, and they need a better manager she wore pink braids with pink nails and acted very ghetto, unprofessional attitude, and no type of customer service skills. I waited to re-make the payment the manager kept leaving out the office to go outside and help other customers. When I asked why the contract was cancelled the associate no longer wanted to service me saying I was being difficult when I was trying to understand what happened. I originally asked was she pulling up my reservation number I gave her because she kept asking questions as if she was making a new reservation so she went to another station and serviced everyone but me, and the manager allowed her to refuse to service me. I asked will she assist in checking me out she said no you can wait for the manager when she comes back and she was playing on her phone. No one was in the store and I still had to wait for the manager. It took an hour and half to fix a simple mistake the associate made and didn't even apologize. The manager never told me take a pic of gas hand (upon returning the associate mentioned it) because my contract said half tank and their system showed gas tank at 75% full. All kinds of frustration, irritation, & aggravation at this site. Upon returning the uhaul two associates were talking about an incident where police had to be called and was on the site at the time as I'm standing in front of both of them talking amongst each other until they decided to end the conversation then assist me….just overall rudeness and no customer service whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this location AT ALL.

When I checked in Tina was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not just to me but other customers trying to upload their IDs. I had never rented a vehicle from uhaul and they were annoyed every time I asked a simple question because the process was not explained to me. The vehicle didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. French fries and straws on the floor. When I returned the vehicle I waited in the office for 15minutes and had to go get an employee out of the break room to find someone to help me. I jaded the keys over and the employee just took the keys with out any explanation of the process. I had to knock on the window and ask if I was all set. He said a receipt would be emailed to me but I still have not received it.

Rented truck. Brought my own handtruck. Did not use or break the seal on U-Haul handtruck. Was charged for breaking seal & using U-Haul handtruck. I called to dispute & they said I had broken the seal and charged me for the hand truck. If this is how they make an extra 7 dollars off of the customer, then they can go to hell and back. Thank you!!!

The young lady did not explain anything to me. She asked how long did I need the van, I said 2 or 3 hours. She then stated that if I returned the vehicle past the 15 min grace period, I would be charged for a extra day! I asked her if I was renting by day or by hour? She stated, by day! I asked, then why would I have to pay for an extra day? I asked that my reservation be changed to return vehicle the next day (24hrs later), she said it was too late! She later explained that she was trained not to inform the customer of the 24hr rule. If this is true, I will never rent a Uhaul from this location again.
