Documented my gas to get it now I got charge for $30 in filling fee plus $27.50 in gas when I brought it back with more gas snow started. Also I got hit with a $25 cleaning fee and I watched my son-in-law blow out be back in truck with a blower. Hi dad or by Reynolds from you this year alone. This one is been the most disappointing in many years if not ever!!

The gentleman that helped me the morning of my rental was very polite and professional however the young woman and I think her name was Brianna was not friendly. When I returned the vehicle, I went inside to return the key. Brianna asked me "Do you need a receipt or something?" I told her that I was returning the vehicle and she said I should have checked it in outside. The young lady outside never said anything about being checked in outside. She walked in and stated that I could step outside and get the car in. I'm the customer, I do not know the protocol on how to return the vehicle because I don't rent these vehicles on a regular basis. The young lady outside saw me and when I asked Brianna about the total, she told me that the lady checking me in hasn't checked the vehicle in so basically she couldn't help me. No apology or anything about the confusion or what I needed to do next. recurrent customer service training is needed at this location. I wouldn't recommend this location based on the customer service when the vehicle was returned.

I did not like being texted to scan my dr. license instead of Uhaul doing it...I don't like having friends called to verify they know me, and I did not like the heavy attitude when I returned the trailer. I have been using Uhaul for 30 years but after this experience, it is unlikely I will use it going forward.

Terrible experience. The gentleman left for home with the truck (uhaul) keys that were attached to my home keys and wouldn’t bring them back. I didn’t know taking uhaul keys home were policy. Not only that after phone reservation appointment with corporate I get to the uhaul store and find out they have a hustle scheme were I could get my truck at 1:30 because they manager wanted to keep trucks for quick runs 2,4,6 hrs jobs only( to make side money). Wow This is this first time ever I’ve experience this with uhaul. Uhaul Candler Rd Decatur Ga. Approximately 1:00 Friday.

This isn't the fault of this branch. But I'm still frustrated that I didn't get a full 24 hours for my rental truck. Or even 12. I don't understand why I had to pay to rental periods. :( Got it at 9, returned it at 7

There was only one person available to check in over 20 people waiting to get their truck. We all reserved our truck, but the young lady could only go as fast as the next customer would let her. She was awesome in-spite of the rudeness she received, but I am not happy because I waited an hour to get my truck. No one should have to stand in line that long with reservations.

This location is short staffed. I arrived at opening at 9am. I was in line 1hr 20mins to pick up my reservation.
