NAMON JI use Uhaul a lot. At least once or twice a year. I always get good customer service. This was the second time I rented a truck that wasn't cleaned up before I rented it. It wasn't anything too bad. Just a little dirt and scraps, nothing major. Although I received it like that, after selecting no that the truck was not clean. I got a message stating that the truck still had to be returned clean.

SHANNA EAuri was really good. She was personable and knew her business well. The store was clean and the staff was good. I would come back to this Uhaul location again and tell other of this location.

ANGELA MThe truck was in pour condition .. the air didn’t work .. the windows handle to roll it down was broken .. and the visor was not able to snap into place which prompted it to continuously slide into my vision of the road while driving .. now I’m being charged for $800 and some change .. which in my opinion is absurd considering I extended my rental ..

Lakeysha jI honestly feel like I was tricked out my money because I rented two dolly but when I got to location I only had one I told them when returning it but I didn’t didn’t get my money back then I reserve 15 miles and only use 9.7 miles still didn’t get my money back for that then I put fuel in the truck but I put more then what I was suppose to come to find out they don’t refund gas smh the whole contract is a joke it’s a easy way for U-Haul to trick customers out they money

omalara vI rented a 10 foot UHaul, it was clean inside and out but it drove horribly. It drove like the transmission was failing. I am glad that I was only going 30 miles round trip.
ANTOINETTE JYes, the clerks were very pleasant and professional, the location was clean, but the truck equipment that was rented to me needed maintenance. The Check Engine, Check Gas Cap Lights were on that made me uncomfortable and it had a hard time picking up speed.

CHARLES CI had a reservation for phone checkin, but it didn't work. I was referred to call a number, I waited on hold for 15 minutes, then they told me to go into the store. Once in, they gave me the truck and the gas was on 3/4 tank. The clerk said it was 7/8. When I brought it to her attention, she said it's 7/8, I checked it myself. So I wasted more time waiting for her to finish up with a customer before she could come and double check. When she did, she insisted it was 7/8. She said my manager trained me and that's what he said. I asked her to sign off saying that it was 3/4, or 6/8, she refused. I asked another employee to look at he. He too said it was 7/8. After I explained it to him in detail and with a graph, he understood. He signed saying that it was 6/8. This was frustrating and wasted my time.

ZUBERI HDriver side mirror was not stable and woukd move, especially if a bump was hit. I had to adjust often while driving.
WILLIAM ATruck was in horrible condition and dirty. Needed alot of maintenance. This is the worst I have ever experienced.
LORENZO TThe guy there was saying they were going to charge an extra 200 dollars because my email didn't have there location on it. So I had to call the 800 number to show them I was at the right location. Just a big headache for me.
