I had to sweep out the back and wipe down the steering column. The staff was nice but the vehicle itself could had been cleaner but I know it was the previous user who did that I just would think covid 19 would teach us to clean better lbetween customers and not trust customers to clean themselves. I also would not had purchased the safe move it had been explained that even if I returned it in less that 24 hours I would still be charged 2 days. That seemed unfair and dishonest and all updates should be thoroughly explained

Laurie M.Whoever used the van prior to my renting it didn't bother to clean it out. And whoever was in charge of cleaning the trucks out at U-Haul didn't do it either. We cleaned the van out before returning it even though the mess was not ours and only thing we transported was 3 paintings that were too large to fit in a regular vehicle. I did notice that normally we had to wait a long time for someone to check in the truck, but this woman employee was there in less than 3 minutes to check us back in. Personally I wish you would expand the size of this location because there is no parking for customers, which is very inconvenient.

Then when I ask her if there was going to be a prorated amount she told me yes and never discount me for wasting my time y being late. I find this every rude and unprofessional. I still would like a prorated discount
Jonathan J.I suppose to return the truck at 5 pm, but because of of the battery incident I failed to do it and they charged me extra money. They do not answer phone it was the worst experience i ever faced in my life , 4 hours in the street in cooled weather , missing my family obligations.

Elizabeth M.reserved a truck for the weekend to move and the one that's available to me had a catalytic converter stolen out of it so it was unfit to drive. that was the only truck available that day so i had to spend money on another Uber across town to pick up a different u-haul that works. a simple process turned into a 2 hour ordeal and was quite frustrating

She was very polite, respectful and professional. In addition, I reserved another Uhaul and received the same kind of service. AUDREY T.First, that truck I had needs service. You had to turn the steering wheel sideways to make it go straight. Would like to see the employees dress better and no hair bonnet.
TINA D.When I called the location to reserve a truck that morning I was told there were none available. Then I called U Haul national and was told there was one. The bed of the truck I got was not cleaned but I didn't have time to wait so I took it anyway. I took a picture of the gas gauge and returned it with the same amount. I was charged for 6 gallons of gas. I was also charged for 6 blankets that weren't provided. When I questioned the charges the next day I was argued with, then I said that if the extra charges weren't removed I'd dispute the charge with my credit card provider. I was then told they didn't like my attitude (which was business-like) and hung up on.

DIAHN H.One of the employees inadvertently checked in the wrong vehicle which resulted in a charge of over $1400 to my bank account. This took 3 days to reverse. That type of carelessness is unacceptable bc most people I know don't have an extra $1400 lying around to be held up by the bank for several days. They didn't offer us a comp or discount for the inconvenience either. Very disappointed in Uhaul over this.
STEPHANIE M.The employees there are unprofessional, rude and inept. Most of them are not wearing masks, or if they are it's improperly worn(just around their neck or hanging off the ear). On several occasions, the employees were on the phone texting or literally talking to a friend on their phone ON SPEAKER!! I've never had such a worse experience with U-Haul in my life. Everything there takes 4 times longer than normal. I had to wait over an hour to get the truck because of them being slow and inefficient. I will never be returning to this location again even if it's a big inconvience to me since it is the closest to where I live.
