Allow choice of vehicle. Would have preferred the streamline truck
Thomas BService here was non existent. The employee who was at the store was rude, unhelpful from beginning till end. He initially told me there’s no trailer or dolly booked for me even though I booked it. I got both in the end. I got no instructions on how to use or drive the trailer. Any question I asked was returned in total non caring impolite unclear answers. I strongly suspect though have no proof that he sabotaged my car , as the next day my battery was dead and two back tires were found by my dealer slashed. $800 later all was fixed. Also the chain was dragging on the ground which we had to tie up. terrible experience and a bad way to start a long road trip.

ANDRE MThe first man that was at the counter when asked about renting a truck was rude not willing to help and watched it with other customers that walked in. If you have to have a reservation or can't rent should have a sign posted or it be on the site. Terrible customer service
BRITTANY SDon't accept reservations for equipment you cannot provide. They did not provide one of the dollies I needed to move furniture and it made my move nearly impossible. I was extremely dissatisfied with this U-Haul location compared to previous positive experiences.

DENNIS MTwo comments on the website, which were already relayed to a person on the phone. #1) I moved some things from one city to another and brought the trailer back. The web site offers moving help, but does not permit booking help only at the destination city; #2)My wife's telephone number was associated with the account and the web site did not allow either changing the telephone number for this reservation, or opening a new account associated with my number because it was apparently the backup number on the original account. After entering all the information and putting in my phone it would default to my wife's phone. The iphone app had the same results. So the only way to make a reservation ended up being by telephone. The responding person was excellent, however it was frustrating and time consuming to attempt to use the web site multiple times without success.

RODERICK SI rented 2 trucks the same size but I had to pay 2 different prices. 1 truck had unreported damage on my paper work . When we went into report it they said it was OK to just take it. Without it not our paper work.

ROBERT YMy confirmation told me the site opened at 9:00 am, so I arrived there at 9:00 am and was told because I didn’t get there by 7:00 my truck was given to someone else and that there were no trucks. The phone rang, and your employee answered it. I overheard him tell whoever was calling that he had a truck available! We argued, and he did the right thing by leasing the truck to me.
GLENN SThere's a big discrepancy when I return the truck to one of the employees who misread the gauge and tried to overcharge me thankfully it was caught by another employee I did an excellent job catching the other employees error and correcting the mistake

RONNIE AThe rep at the counter didn't really go over anything with me. Just printed off a piece of paper, did some high lighting, and handed me a key. I was in a hurry to get a move on so I didnt read that it was a 30 dollar fee to have gas put into it. I understand that I forgot to refill to the level I left with but 1. It would have been nice to know i was going to be charged 30 dollars just to have fuel put in and 2. 6 gallons (if Im reading my receipt correctly) seems like a lot to put in for traveling 30 miles. Kind of unhappy with the unexpected 50 extra dollars I was charged.

ANTONY DThe employee Sir Majesty is dishonest I paid in cash and I over paid yet he never said he this is to much. He kept the extra $150 dollars. I didn't realize it until the day after and plus it was cash so no way to actually prove it except I know in what I had in envelope I saved for UHAUL. I'm sure nothing can be done to return my money but wanted to let you all know Sir Majesty is dishonest.
