I would have given the location 5 stars except for your employee Lashawn Pearson. Upon entering the store he was watching something on his phone sitting at the desk. It rooms several minutes before he looked up to acknowledge me and when he did the other employee came through the door and he told her to help me. I do have to say that she was wonderful. He was lazy. When we returned the dolly he was in the same spot doing the same thing and the interaction was almost identical. He told the other employee to help us.

Picked up 9.30 am sat service was great the girl that waited on me was courteous polite dragged over trailer hooked it up to my truck owni g a car hauker trailer I could of done it for her but she handled it.. On return theur was 2 young guys working looked like they could care less they were involved in trying to straighten out a customer issue I stood there for 10 minutes how about sir will be right with you finally when they were done for a minute I said I had a return the one young guy followed me out said ok un hook it wheel over there seriously am I geting pd to do your job not a problem I did it..Nice location friendly woman but those young guys need to be educated in Customer Service..

Please explain *In Person* that if you drop off a vehicle after hours, you need to report mileage and the like over the app. My brother ran into problems because of that.

Slow. Must've had two new hires on at same time. Had to redo contract when they realized I wasn't returning to same location. And then change trailers! Ridiculous. No helpful knowledge of Uboxes. Small selection of locks, boxes, etc.

Just that steering wheel was sticky and low tire pressure indicator was on. Concierge said it was Ok, but one tire was low and another very inflated.

Very helpful. The trailer was surprisingly clean. The lot is small with a lot of vehicles/trailers so tight to drive through.

Hire an extra staff member to help answer the phone. The staff there were very busy with customers and as a result, phone calls to ask simple questions would result in very long hold times or getting kicked to the national help line.

The place was very cluttered and disorganized. The parking lot looked like swat zone there were so many potholes. The older of the 2 associates was very rude at 9 am and was still at noon and I returned. Just overall a bad experience. Oh yeah and I had the wrong size extention and ballmount for trailer but the lady said they couldn't put it together because their tools were broken so I bought one from down the street and when I returned she asked why I left I could have. Bought from the and put together manually. Just poor service and attitude. Will not return

The only issue is that the customer representative hooked the wrong trailer so when I went to check out, the other rep, mentioned it and because it was already hooked, I paid the difference but I feel like I shouldn't have for their mistake.

The system went down I understand that takes time to come back up. But the employees were kind of rude and short about the issue. Employees can be more friendlier when it comes to speaking with customers.

Walk with the customer to the truck to do visuals inspection and make sure that the truck will start . Most importantly is to locate the truck with customers vice just telling where the truck is parked.

I didn't even make it 20 miles and the Tow Dolly fell apart on the Interstate going 55 MPH!!!!! Its a GOOD thing it was 4AM or lots of people would have been killed. The entire part about 400LBS came off because of a shear pin was broken. They wouldn't refund me and I'm making a trip to NJ, so not I have double the rate because its a one way rental getting one from there and bringing it back here. The NJ Uhaul place told me it was someone had backed this one up and a shear pin was broken. Just thing if I was on the interstate today with that car coming back from NJ to VA and the WHOLE car and top of dolly had come off at Baltimore or NJ or in VA by DC? I should be refunded 100% for both rentals for SAVING Uhauls butt on this one!!! Plus the entire bed of my truck is torn up trying to load this huge steel by myself. Im 63 years old in a couple months and it tore the whole bed liner and tailgate of my truck up and hurt my back. I was on the side of the Interstate in the dark loading this thing!!!!!!! This is a show truck too I've had for over 10 years, IM PISSED>

Provide a Chair or bench so older or handicapped customers can sit down while waiting their turn. A man brought his elderly father with him and asked if he could sit somewhere but nothing Was available. His car did not have A/C and he didn't want to leave him outside in the heat.

Furniture dollies were rented with the trailer. After leaving I noticed one of them had a broken wheel. I called the location and was told they didn't have any more and they were the only location locally which had them. No solution was offered. That is disappointing.
