The trailer smelled like weed and it had dirt everywhere inside. The smell never went away no matter how long we let it aired out.

I wish they didnt leave it on E. I almost ran out of gas pulling out onto a major road.but they wanted me to return it at 1/4 tank. Ridiculous. Inside needs to be wiped down once in awhile there was a drink spilled down the inside of the door and dust/dirt everywhere. Definitely need to pay more attention to details.

I was charged for an extra day after U-Haul customer service allowed be until noon to drop it off. The guys at the store argued with me even though my receipt said to return it by noon. We were there before 11am

When I left office they said I had 1/4 tank of gas. When help came out to check vehicle with me there was only an 1/8th of a tank. Guy said he would change when he went back in side that never happened. Also tried over charging me twice and then still overcharged I said it not what my contract said. They didn’t seem to care just said that was the charges. I did call service number after I left that office. They did overcharge me and after my phone conversation with someone other than that office I was credited $61 I will not use or recommend this place to anyone. The wiper was damaged on driver side as well. Not what I needed with a 15hr drive ahead of me. Every time I stopped on my way I had to clean my windshield. Other than that Vehicle was good for me

The worker was in there by himself working all day. Still maintained a great attitude, helped customers within a timely manner and did a great job multitasking. I didn’t get his name but he was a taller white guy, blonde hair maybe about mid 20’s. He deserves a raise!

The 24/7 checkout lock did not work as explained and they put it in the LB that was too high for me to see the lock to put the code in. However I arrived at the store a few minutes before closing. I tried unsuccessfully to open the lock, workers were still inside, looking at me and refused to help. I tried for almost an hour and i called customer service TWICE I gave up and asked for a refund. Customer service asked me to check the truck for a key which I did and noticed the furniture dolly i paid for was not there. Once i requested the refund one of the same employees that watched me from inside called me and ask if i would come back to the store and he’d open the lock. When i got there he waved me off from a vehicle. I notice though that he had added the dolly. An hour job turned into 3.5
