At first I did not understand tche inspection text instructions. I missed my opportunity to complete the requirements. By going online and chatting with a rep I was sent a new text and completed it. This procedure was different from past experiences.

The windshield wipers weren't even on the components. We were driving along and found them on the inside of the truck. Not something I thought I had to look at as apart of making sure and checking the car first. I couldn't imagine what I would have done if it were snowing or raining. Was very dangerous and unsafe.

The truck reeked of smoke. The windshield wipers had been removed and I had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to put them on. The truck bed was wet and had snow and ice in it from a snow 2 days prior. Also, it had cigarette butts floating in the water. And not that you can do a lot about this but walking over there was scary as there was obvious drug dealing going on across the street from the store.

Service was great! Worked with us when we had issues with our hitch causing delay in pick up. Pick up and drop off was easy. Only down side was we were heckled by a group across the street as we were leaving after drop off on Saturday night making my wife feel very unsafe. Would still use this location again.

Truck was still pretty dirty inside. Food wrappers in seat cracks and door pocket. Dog hair in seats and dirt on middle seat.

I had reserved a location much closer to the first stop I needed and this was much further away. This location also didn't allow for me to use the app to check in before they opened so I lost ~2 hours of my moving day because of it.

Truck share 24hr did not work and I was unable to pickup my truck outside of store hours. National phone helpline dropped my call after 55 minutes on hold. Got my rental 1 1/2 hours after my reservation started. Truck was full of garbage, blankets, and cigarette butts because someone had been living in it. Wipers provided were broken, and wiper jets worked intermittently. Employee passed the buck on making it right and blamed the "app." Besides that it was a great experience! Would not reccomend.

Truck windshield was dirty. I turned on the wipers to clean them. But NO windshield wipers! What! No help moving boxes to my car, just common courtesy! Area is rough looking !

Moving is a very stressful time. So, when Uhaul doesn't have the truck you reserved it made things extra stressful. It took double the time and money to complete my move.

Really nice guy at dropoff. Right there waiting when we pulled up. Took about 20 seconds to check the truck in. Other trucks in the lot looked well-cleaned. Would rent again here, and recommend to friends.

When I got the vehicle, the gas tank was 1/4 full, but I had to return the truck with 3/8 of a tank of gas. Remove the 3/8 requirement and have the customer return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as it started with.

very easy, seamless and easy mobile checking experience. I also like the fairness where if you over-fill the gas tank when returning, they refund you the additional gas. That is the type of fair business practise that keeps me coming back.

This location manager was very friendly and easy to work with, but he was the only employee there at the time of pick up. Wish there was another employee working at the time. The truck was well kept and mostly clean. The windshield was very dirty.

The location is in a seedy area. The location check in did not work in the morning and then again at night when I was trying to get checked back in after hours. I had people approaching me to sell me things and I did not feel safe, which is more about the area than the Uhaul facility, but in the end, the safety of the area is paramount to feeling comfortable to come back.

The same clerk that reserved my last rental to someone else and I had to pay a $50 reservation fee did not put windshield wipers on the truck and I had to take the truck back that next day during the rain and get wipers put on. I did not even get a discount on the final fee!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Alfredo Hernandez Franco both the evening of August 6 and the morning of the 7th. He was really great — easily the most efficient, professional, and engaging Uhaul rep I've ever spoken to. On the morning of the 7th he was even working alone and somehow managed to keep the line moving and be friendly all the way. Guy deserves a raise!

We reserved a furniture dolly and when we arrived they didn't have one. If you reserve a piece of equipment and plan on having it for moving heavy things- it should be available. We were offered something else, but it didn't work for us. No apology- simply “we don't have that...”

2nd days I got an automatic extension; 3rd day I had to pay $50 because the agent made a reservation on the truck instead of giving me that same automatic extension.. I was shocked! I'm a Disabled Veteran and Senior Citizen on a Fixed Income and That $50 could have bought me another days' rental and insurance payment plus gas. I have no trust or respect for the Associate that did this. I feel he beat me out of money when he could have called me before reserving the truck for someone else!
