Even though they were busy when I arrived to my reservation they were quick to greet me made sure it was taking care of. Fast, friendly and thorough!
BRITTANEY SAs I was fumbling with the app to drop off the truck, I was interrupted by a wonderful friendly UHAUL staff person who took over the process and quickly finalized the drop off. Great experience on both ends! Thanks again!

JILLIAN SRep #1 (did my scheduling and truck pickup): Average Rating (3 stars). She was ok, but way to talkative and not a good listener. I tried to say a few things she never go to hear as she did not give me a chance to speak. And gave way too many details a customer does not need to hear. Rep #2 (connected the trailer to the truck) Extremely Poor (below 0 stars) Such a downer; negative across the board. Talked badly about my car(s) based on make/model. Talked badly about where i was relocating to. Talked badly about people in general. She just talked down on me, my car, my new town, and anyone/everyone she could the entire time i was there. She also charged me a $21 convenience fee for helping me hook up the trailer on top of what i already paid. 1) The 1st rep told me this was my total cost, I’d only expect more if i go over the milage or dont return it in time. 2) I got a message direct from uhaul “drop it off at no cost, or, have us pick it up at ur location for a $21 service fee” and this was before i ever picked up the trailer. 3) The team i dropped off the trailer w, did not charge this fee. This girl is tacking on $21 service fees for her own gain, taking advantage of customers.Also, she did not properly guide me onto the trailer (she had me stop short), i had to stop her from strapping and breaking plastic parts off my car, and she did not know where the chains went and was not willing to find where they went. The front she just wrapped around the trailer itself (not on my car at all) and the back she clipped onto my suspension. Then looked at me and said “ur breaks are in right, ull be ok”, and blamed my car some more. She should not be allowed to do this part of the job. And i deserve my $21 back she “stole from me”.
Justin NGet someone who knows how to deal with the business. Asked questions and couldn't answering them. Was said she didn't know much about the rentals. Plus was put in my friend's name, with all my information as far paying, address and phone number and my credit card. Wasnt impressed with the receipt. Then told one price and charged another. I brought the truck within a few hours, not 2 days.
LYNN TThis location needs more space. If more than two customers are renting at the same time, there is a big issue of parking space. Please find a more appropriate location. Overt, a good experience. We did have to ask a customer to move his vehicle to get our rental out. He did move it to street parking bc there wasn’t enough space for two vehicles plus the rentals in the lot.
LAURA LYour radio did not work we had a 18 hour drive. The movers u recommend to pack the u haul every furniture items were damaged i had many blankets but the items were not wrapped correctly.
donna rThere was only 1 employee on shift. The wait was a little but he was doing very well. I believe it would be helpful for him to have another co worker to help him out especially on a Saturday.
MURRAY HReserved to a town 40 miles away and (as typical) was re-routed to Waterville. I reserved a vehicle ten days ahead, yet was notified the day before of the change. Annoying that I have to pay mileage when I planned accordingly. Also, the app was not allowing pick up or drop off, which wasn’t a huge issue as both locations were open when these occurred.

SPENCER BThe whole process was a mess. The fault of corporate U-Haul, not this location. I reserved a 15' truck a month in advance at a location near me. The night before pickup I was notified that a 15' was not available at that location and was told to go to another location almost 45 minutes away. Bad enough, but when I got there they tried to give me a 20' truck, saying all the 15' trucks were reserved. Thank goodness the clerk understood the situation and somehow let us have one of the 15' trucks on the lot. I hope she didn't get in trouble for helping us out. At 10 mpg, I used more gas and lost a couple of hours of time which was critical during our move, delaying our departure by a day. Not sure I'd use U-Haul again.

Not only is she proficient at the paperwork side of the job, but also kind, personable, and really knows her business. She even helped me attach the trailer. When I returned she was still there working and get my return completed within 2 minutes. You have a real asset in Emily. I would hire her any day. Thank her for making my rental and day better
KEITH HI would absolutely recommend this location. The manager, Emily, was nothing short of fantastic. She was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She clearly takes pride in her job, and I would happily recommend this U-Haul location to friends and family because of her service. People like Emily need to be rewarded for their effort and dedication. Thank you!

GEORGE MFront Hood was ajar so instead of simply opening and closing, I decided to check the obvious Fluid levels. Wiper Fluid had just been filled to top and Power Steering and Brake Levels were normal. However the Coolant Overflow Tank was near the bottom. It should had been at the Normal-Cold Line. I fully latched hood afterwards.

RYAN PEverything went very well especially on a busy Labor Day weekend. Everything was clean and professional and I would certainly recommend using this U-Haul rental.
THOMAS SKinda congested and little difficult to find a place to park. So that could use some improvement.
KATHLEEN BOver priced. Looking on line and setting it up trucks you thinking it is low price. I got there asked for a dolly. No ramp on the truck no dolly. Paid 155.00 supposedly first 30 miles free. Quite was 56.00 at pick up for a 10 ft truck. Was 138. Lady told me that was a deposit until the return. No dolly..No ramp.. truck wasn't the one I choose on line. No over head space. Had to also use my Jeep to bring stuff no room in the truck. Just want impressed. False advertisement. Over priced.
LISA LUnhooked and told me I was all set. Did not secure wiring and destroyed my wiring harness. I have to pay for replacement and labor over $200 to repair and replace damages to my vehicle.

KATHLEEN BThe staff member was incredibly efficient. She was the only one working at the location and had to deal with multiple customers. She crowded us through the trailer rental and had to change the wiring on the trailer, but did so quick, skillful way. She was very friendly. I would only suggest to provide more staffing at that location.

LUIS MThe young lady that assisted us was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, her appearance was extremely unprofessional. Her shorts revealed intimate areas every time she bent over, and her lack of undergarments above and below were clearly displayed. Other customers were also commenting in the waiting area about it.

KELSEY LStaff that day was rude. Lines and she only helped 1 person instead of just clearing the line with the reservations that were already scheduled. The truck itself sucked. Clunked even in tow it didn't perform like trucks in the past or a truck that has been maintained. I will never use uhaul again.
MICHELLE OI can't prove it but I KNOW the milage meter was wrong cuz there's no way I went that far.

TERRY DMy rental went fine, no problems. Both pickup and return went well. My only complaint is that this location is SO crowded. Hardly any room to park and maneuvering around to pick up trailers is almost impossible at times.

BENJAMIN Aprovide prompt roadside assistance as needed. The trailer rented had a tire blow out, I moved to a safe location and called roadside assistance. It took over 3 hours and no help was identified. because of the time the blow out was at 1030PM, after 3 hours and still an hour away from my destination, I decided to get a hotel room to sleep, as there was still no roadside assistance available. At 530 AM uhaul called and found a repair activity and changed the tire by 645 am the following morning.

CHRISTOPHER SI didn't get her name, but the girl working there this morning was top notch. Handled some bad customers, and a string of good ones efficiently, setting up trailers by her self with a smile on her face. Strongest uhaul employee I ever seen. 💪💪
ROBERT BEmily and Jazqueline (sp) did a great job. They were super busy when I arrived on pick up and drop off, but did a good job checking me in and out. I've used this location multiple times and they always provide good customer service. I'll be back.

James NThe customer service rep we worked with on Sunday was fantastic and everything was out of her control. I wish I could remember her name because she should be commended on doing the best she could with the circumstances she was dealt. However, there were so many trucks parked in the lot that we ended up having to take a trailer with a broken jack.
BENJAMIN DWaterville maine they def need to train their employees they all were all over the place if any questions were asked each time answer was different, the trailer wasn’t connected properly am lucky didn’t lose my car in highway, i paid cash and they sent me to return in a office that was just a drop off even though they knew i needed my deposit back, thankfully when i got to my destination here in Jacksonville the lady there did everything she could to turn around my horrible experience she was very friendly and fast to get a solution for me.. thank you Monique
