This is the second time I've used this location for a pick-up - I have to tell you that BOTH times there was an angry customer who was on hold with UHaul cust serv. In both cases the customer appeared to be very frustrated since I was privy to the interaction as it was taking place. This is not a very professional way for you to have your customers try & resolve their issue. Maybe there needs to be a different avenue for them other than right there on the store space while other customers are coming in & out. On another note -this particular transaction the vehicle WREAKED of cigarette smoke!! It was disgusting!! You need to have non-smoking vehicles available!! Please & Thank You!!

Staff very nice and helpful yet only one staff working on the last day of the month is very stressful for staff and waiting customers. The Reserved truck had not been returned and I had to settle for a smaller truck which was not adequate. It was Too small and I would have had to make 2 trips which would have been a lot of mileage and time wasted. Next time I may use a different rental company. It was a disappointing experience.

Truck was below par. Had a bad vibration at speeds above 55mph. At that speed the brake light and ABS light on the sash would flash on and off. Windshield wipers were terrible. Unfortunately this is not the first poor truck rental I have had at U-Haul. However customer service was good people were very nice.

I called to rent a trailer, I needed it for five days vice the normal 3. I was told the pick up agent would handle that. I then went and talked to them and they made it a five day contract however I had to drop it off somewhere else. I dropped it off today a day early and imagine my surprise when twenty minutes later my card was charged an additional 56 dollars. I called they said they’d get right back to me. Three hours later I stopped back at the dealer and he tells me his computer shows something different and they won’t stand by my signed contract. I’m pretty certain this isn’t legal.

Worst Customer Service I have experienced. We reserved the truck well in advance. We reserved the truck for two days. When we confirmed the reservation the nightbbeforev we were told they had shortages and wanted to rent it for only 1/2 day. We were moving a 3,500 sf home and all contents of my hobby wood shop. They did agree finally for 1 full day but rudly told if we were late by a minute we would pay over $143.00 per hour for every hour we were late. When the day come to rent it we called as soon as they opened and asked how early we could pick the truck up. We were told we couldn't pick it up until noon. When we did arive to pick it up we were asked by another employee why we didn't pick it up 1st thing in the morning. This Rental site has extremely unprofessional and completely untrained workers. They were extremely rude when we picked up the truck. When we dropped it off 1st thing the next morning no one wss there until over 1/2 hour later than it was to open. There were 3-4 customers that had to wait to process their rentsls. It appeared a manager from another office showed up and had to start processing rentals and even then he was unable to access the building. As a Field Training Manager for Travelers Insurance Company for New England and several officers throughout Canada I would be appalled if any of our employees treated customers the way we and other customers we saw who were treated so porly. I would defiantly remove all those involved along with the management team and reorganize this entire facility. I believe we are owed an apology and some sort of recompense for the difficulties and inconvenience we experienced. In order to get the moving at partially done moving the hesviest and bulky items moved we were forced to hire two other workers with trucks and still at the end of the day we still couldn't finish the move.
