Was told when I picked up the uhaul that if I needed for longer than my reservation then I would be charged for another day & to just i couldnt keep the truck for another 24 hours but for 15 hours, but would still be charged for the 24 hour rate.

Even the service tech who came out for roadside assistance said this was his second starter that went out in 2 weeks. This is not a good practice and could be very unfortunate for customers.

Even though it took them an hour to get us the right truck it was not the rep problem the customer did not bring the truck back on time so just so happen another customer brought there truck back well before time which allowed us to still move our things the same day so I give the location perfect score do to been patient and positive awesome people Nikki and her crew thanks again

Pros: 1. Has always had vans available when I needed to move a customer last minute 2. Has plenty of parking Cons: 1. Too busy for number of staff on hand which leads to #2 2. At every other location, counter pickup is faster than mobile pickup during business hours which is why I always choose counter pickup but this location won't allow me inside without a mask (medically I can't wear a mask) even when I'm practicing social distancing and not sick. Actually read Governor Abbott's executive order and the order from the city of Dallas which says that someone who medically can't wear a mask but still practices social distancing and isn't sick, doesn't have to wear a mask. Instead I'm discriminated against and forced to wait an extra 30min to an hour before I'm helped.

ITs understandable when staff is short, there will be a bit of a longer wait.

I was charged $20 without notice, for dropping my truck off overnight a day and half EARLY, under the allotted mileage, and with a full tank of gas. Nothing like being nicked and dimed and ripped off. This fee was not disclosed to me up front, when we told the folks at pick up we'd be dropping it over night, nor did they call me to advise they would be charging me today.

Be efficient. Be faster. Change you in house system of checking ppl in. Wasted and hour to get my paperwork and there were only 4 ppl in front of me.

Not work on two customers at the same time. I had an appointment to get to when I arrived to pick up. I was there a couple minutes going through the ring up process when another customer came in walk to another register and start asking questions of the employee who was checking me out. Instead of the employee asking the gentleman to wait in line, he started ringing him up at the same time. This made my process slower. So, as for customer service I decided to go back and drop this rating!

Besides I got over billed, finally got that taken care, I then get billed for a toll that I NEVER went thru. I filed a dispute via the dispute form on the website as required and no one has responded.

I reserved online. I added a furniture dolly and moving pads. When I got there they had to have me come in because they couldn't find the keys. Finally they found them. I was exasperated and left, only to find out there were no moving pads or furniture dolly. I was late so I kept going. Then I still got charged for them when clearly the dolly was not even in the truck!

Per above they were not accommodating on my return for prorated credit? Blankets were folded, gas and mileage in-check, returned a day early... but no prorated check as told in Conroe, pick-up location.

This location's facility, the equipment and professionalism of the employees would have been embarassingly inadequate during the 1980s and has only apparently gotten worse since then.

Attendant barely said hello. Once the check in transaction was complete he brought the truck around opened the driver side door & walked off never saying thank you or that it was even ok to leave. He must've spoken 5 words to me throughout the entire process. Manager was nice.

Provide a tool to help loosen & remove the bolt securing furniture dolly inside. I ordered it. We needed it. 3 male adults and 1 female adult could Not get it loosened at all......

Cleaning before renting out a truck nails all over there parking lot. I rented a truck and was charged the next day for gas even tho i left it on the same spot of gas when picked up. I was also charged for cleaning it because they said they found two dead roaches. The next day I went to rent another truck and that's when I found out I was charged for all the other extra stuff. As I got the new truck and it was parked outside I checked it before I drove off and found two roaches in that truck and even took pictures of it and told the guy at the front desk hey you charge me for 2 dead roaches but you give me a truck with roaches in it.

I made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
