Top Notch Customer Service. The U-Haul employees that worked on Saturday and Sunday were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. U-Haul site also claimed that you could self-return by following steps at the return location. At which time, site kept advising that location services were not enabled, though they were. Tried from 2 different devices 3 times before giving up, leaving the truck there, and putting keys in the drop box. Had to call to follow up and ensure the return was recorded. Nothing about the process from reservation to drop off was organized. All in all, not a good experience.Christel B.

Well 1st vied in get the gentleman's name there was a location on Grant road in Tucson Arizona black gentleman was very helpful the promises I misplace the keys we eventually found him but roadside assistance won't take care of it and I'm gonna have to pay out of my own pocket on a Sunday to have a locksmith come out I think that's horrible you should have duplicate keys when you lose them and/or have a charge at the you haul this experience very well soured me from you haul. The only reason I use you because you have the lowest prices but I'm going to shop around next time and probly never use you again.FRANKLIN B.
I was quoted two different prices, by two different agents. One agent told me that when I rented the truck it was based on a 24 hour period one day. The second agent quoted me for the same vehicle and the same price however if I didn't not have vehicle back by 5 pm or I would be charged for an extra day. This compromised my safety, having to rush across town.Jessie B.

I reserved a truck. A pick-up truck. Somehow I failed to be clear when I asked for a truck, I paid for the rental and made it all the way to the parking lot to find a 10' Cargo Van in the parking spot. Not once during the phone call I made to reserve it or the rental payment process, did anyone mention that I wasn't renting the truck I had asked for.Gene G.

The staff that I worked with during my return was very rude and had no interest in providing customer service. They finally mentioned that if I needed to talk someone else to go inside and find a manager. There have been a total of $667 in charges to our bank. At 19.95 a day for 3 days. I would recommend you pay very close attention to what is being charged to you at this location. I will be on the phone with corporate next.MICHELLE P.

I had a pleasant experience altogether. Employees were helpful and polite in answering questions when I called prior to coming in to rent and just the same when I was in the store to pick up motorcycle hauler. Quick and easy rental, and surprisingly affordable/ fair priced rental. Not a big deal but, I didn't ask during initial call if trailer had it's own straps or not so I brought my own just in case and glad I did cause I definitely to supply my own. They did have them for sale in store but that would suck to have to buy more having a bunch at home already. Maybe mention it to prospective renter?? I'm happy, trailer worked out great and the employees on duty were awesome and that goes a long way with me. Drives me nuts when employees working in customer service type position have lousy attitudes.RAUL R.

The service was horrible I ordered everything online I had to go in to pick up the keys. I walk in and nobody was there no people in line and no employees I stood there for 30 mins and FINALLY I got the keys (30mins after my pickup time.) Was my time extended? Hell no! Then I get in the truck and it smelt like somebody was smoking in it. I reported online if anything was wrong. I return it and they asked me if I smoked in it. Don't they inspect the truck before giving it to the next person? I guess not. It seems like this place is way understaffed and it takes forever to do anything.Brandon F.

The truck was great. We had rented three dollies and furniture pads but did not receive them and had to dribble back to uhaul that took an hour and half away from my moving time. Then all the furniture pads that we had rented were not available. The lady working did not charge me for the dollies or the pads due to the fact that not everything was available.Josh H.

I was initially quoted a price of approximately $75 which was a fair estimate (ended up being just under that). I was then almost charged an additional $57 "late fee" after using the Uhaul truck for approximately only 5.5 hours. The policy of asking the customer how long they believe they will need it and then waiting until the contract is signed to alert them that there will be late fees if they are late is downright dirty. Luckily I was able to avoid the late charge but not until I had to argue with the Uhaul staff person who was apparently just doing her job. I'd recommend that as policy, staff should alert customers to all pricing options and to the late fees BEFORE the contract is signed. I initially felt needlessly duped because the communication wasn't more clear from the startalexander P.
Suspension on the truck was completely shot. Springs were visibly flat, even when the truck was unloaded. It was truly awful driving it - rough, uncomfortable, and exhausting.Harrison K.

I disinfect the steering wheel. When I wiped it down the wipes were dirty. I think with pandemic, I feel the inside of the trucks should be wiped down before renting. But overall the customer service was great.KIMBERLEY H.

The staff members were very professional and helpful, no complaints about them. The van we rented shook uncontrollably above 45 mph, so we were forced to drive 30 mph under the speed limit on the highway. I let them know and they said they were unaware of the problem. The steering wheel was grimy and the whole cab felt dirty. The driver's seat had a large rip. The low tire pressure light was on the whole time (they said it was the sensor). Really disappointed with the quality of the van we rented. It should feel clean and be properly serviced before renting it out to someone.erika B.
