I can’t think of a thing as the best U-Haul manager runs this location and her staff is excellent.
JAMES BMake sure the elderly get explained exactly how much mileage is allowed, before they charge extra, one dollar per mile from state to state, city to city.

MELVINA SI have used this UHAUL location for over 20 years, never had a problem. I returned my truck this past Saturday before noon and was told to be patient as the store was busy, which it was VERY busy. There were only two people working, the parking lot was totally blocked , I could not leave if I wanted to as I was blocked in. The agent then started helping people who came in after me which I was totally pissed about. Then, the agent went and moved the truck I was returning of which I asked if she could check me out since she was just in the vehicle I returned. All in all I waited almost 45 minutes on a Saturday. I then left because I had to get back to the house to finish the move. Terrible experience as I know there were people who were still waiting when I left.

Dulce MThe truck that I got could have been wiped down on the insde the dash was dusty. It could have used a good bath on the cab also.
BONNIE FVery congested and busy with only 2 employees. Also, I booked on line and there was no option to pay in cash or an explanation of being reimbursed if you paid in cash. So we were ripped off by UHaul because we were charged 4 hours and only used the truck 2 hours. Also the paper said the gas was half tank and to fill it back to that. However, the truck was under half a tank so we got ripped off there also.
CRAIG QRude customer service, nasty so called manager..we got given this location by uhaul even though it was 35 minutes away from our location and there were 2 locations closer to us. HORRIBLE !

HOMERO PAt the time of my draw off, there were no personnel due to the location being closed. The mobile app made it super easy to drop off the track with no issues. My only issue was that the space was a bit tight to have that many trucks there but I did fine picking an open spot closest to me.
Christina RAbout my experience: I don't know U-Haul protocol from one rental to another, but I rented the 26' truck and asked to rent a hand truck which there were 6 new ones in the Lobby. The best business practice would be when none are available is to take those you have into stock for renting so customers will have the help they need and not force them to pay for a new one. As you well know the expense of moving is high and I'm suggesting a practice of top notch customer service. Also, after assuming responsibility of the truck, i drove about 5 miles to the storage unit and the truck died. It was an unnecessary problem to endure, since I had literally just picked up the truck. To me, that was a failure on U-Haul for the delay in my day by the incompetence of ensuring I was driving a truck that had been well tested and reviewed for the next traveler which was me. I paid hard earned money to rent from your company which is a display of consumer trust to treat me as though I was as important as a member of your own family. Please consider a better protocol when preparing your fleet of trucks for renters. Sincerely, Cynthia Jacobs
CYNTHIA JDON’T change a thing!!! We had the best experience from start to finish. The staff was efficient, helpful, and polite. We don’t have needs too often but when we do, this will be our go to location
MARY DWe were not told full pmt info of what keeping the uhaul extra days would cost. We were told $58 day extra, they did not mention or disclose that it was a $1/mile after that.

EDWIN CThese guys were great! We have made a reservation at a different place and when we called in the morning just to verify the location we found out the guy that rents the U-Hauls was going into town to get a part and wasn’t even going to be there. So I called this location last minute on New Year’s Eve and they were able to get us going with a trailer for the day. They were so nice and helpful and I just want to thank them and suggest this business for everyone needed a rental.

Shaun GOnly if you had a bigger lot...lol. Trying to get out of customer parking area was difficult but it was also very busy. Staff there is amazing from check out to check in. Truck ran amazingly well. Had better A/C than my car...lol.
STEVEN HThe general manager "Tiffany" is as rude and unprofessional as they come... I was sent ro her store ro "recover" a mistake made by a none corporate store and she only made it worse... She is angry, rude, and nasty!!! When I tried to explain the history of my reservation transfer she stated, "I'm not looking at your history... I'm just asking the question ro get you out of here"... ZERO stars, In this day and age you don't need to prepare people to be rude!!! This from the locations "General Manager"
