Very busy location with lots of employees yet still not enough if thats possible. Very professional once they got to you. Those men and wimen there earn their pay.

When asked a question answer directly and not half-heartedly with a generic answer about a 1-800 number that wasn't even correct. Make eye contact and at least ask if they can help when the customer asks for the number to file a complaint.

timthy gI only picked up boxes and moving blankets from here because the other 2 places U-Haul had me run around to that day to get a truck did not have supplies. Hopefully I never have to rent a moving van again, but if i do I will do everything I can to avoid U-HAUL. My overall experience with U-Haul was disastrous. Horrible customer service and when someone rents a truck at a certain location on a certain day you should not have to drive all over town that morning to get the vehicle you need. Obviously U-Haul has a monopoly on moving companies because otherwise they’d be out of business with the terrible customer experiences.

David Lthe major issue is the tires thread are very thin which may cause tire blows up on highway, didn’t feel too safe driving long distances (440 miles). Tires should be in safe condition before renting out the truck to renter.

Kane SPicking up and dropping off was very easy and simple, did the check in online so it went quickly. Truck was clean, employee was very clear on rates and charges. The parking lot is very small and difficult to navigate but thats the only issue.

Matthew EThe van was ready on time and very clean. The handcart (dolly) I reserved was not there, although after I complained, they found one in the back. There was also confusion about the van return. I asked if I returned it early (as in Sunday and not Monday) would I be charged for the full three days. I was told no. I would only be charged for two days. So I returned around 2:30 p.m., and the gentleman said, no, in order to avoid paying for three days. I needed to have the van back by 10 that morning, 24 hours after I picked it up. I am sure that was in the contract, and my bad for not reading it, but the desk clerk did not specify, and I told her that I would work to have it back before they closed on Sunday. But I was very impressed with the van.
David SI was quoted $69 + miles and paid 100. I told them 20 miles, I'm not sure what my milage was,my husband says we got a great deal. Everyone was very nice. The store was very clean. I was recommended by a friend. They also sell everything for your moving needs there.

juan pI drove the truck 4 miles total round-trip put four dollars worth of gas in it over 1 gallon and then they charge me $14 for gas for driving 4 miles. Pretty shitty.
