CONSTANTINA NThey never checked the trailer they rented me before selling it to me and it ended up breaking down had to be towed and my handicapped husband and I had to unload and reload our larger truck ourselves even though uhaul messed up!! Do not recommend at all!!!

David BJohn was very professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He troubleshot my brake controller, communicated the issue to me, and did a professional job installing the necessary parts. I would highly recommend him for any hitch or trailer brake installation.
Michael MMy original reservation was changed and I had to drive an hour out of my way to go pick up my truck, then drive an hour back to load up. Then I had to drive an hour to go drop off the truck and trailer and then drive an hour home. I feel like I was misled. It ended up costing me more money and took more time out of my move. I am not satisfied with the overall experience.

MICHAEL RThey did their jobs. The customer greeting was "over here". They said any questions after setting up? Done. It was like I was the uninvited invader to their world. NO "greetings earthling", no nothing. Basically monotone to get the customer up and out of here, I don't need a lot of attention but the professional demeaner was lacking. A standard greeting is suggested like" Hi! welcome to u-haul, how may we help you? Then after returning I was literally only asked "any complications?" I had to ask them, are we done, okay to go? Thats it. When a customer is leaving it's recommenced to say thanks for choosing u-haul! Good job of setting up and removal upon return. Less good demeanor with customers. I finish by saying if felt like the staff didn't want to be there but got job done anyway.

When I called a week ahead of time, Tiffany assured me they would keep an eye out for my reservation and make sure the trailer we needed was on site. We had concerns about the return time and that was handled with ease. Thank you all for making this an easy experience!

JOSHUA Fwhen i initially rented the truck the gas wasn't at the spot shown on the contract. I uploaded the pictures to show and when it was time to return we had an issue with the mileage. Other than that all was well.

CHRISTY DWant a full refund, since the u haul we were given was a huge safety hazard with the back brakes not working. And had to have the u haul towed, because u haul’s mechanic that came out to look at it said it was a danger to drive
PETER BThe girl who checked me out failed to tell me about the text for the pre trip I section. Honestly didn't seem very interested in letting me know anything. The gentleman on my return was awesome and friendly, 5 stars to him.

DANIELLE JThe truck had a leak on the passenger side. My boxes got wet. Making it hard to off load them. And my helper got wet inside the cabin from the leak. Should be addressed before lending out again.
