Wayne's DI ordered a 15' truck and furniture dolly. the Dolly was not provided. I was charged for the dolly anyway. Called and told them that they forgot to give me the dolly and to take it off my bill. They didn't take the dolly off of my bill and I was charged $75 for not returning a dolly that I never received. Also was not instructed to take photos of the truck before leaving. I got a txt message way after the fact when already packing the truck. The news is that after filing a dispute the U-Haul Area Field Manager Errol Ebanks came to the rescue and issued a credit for the over charge, and all is good now. I would like to thank U-Haul and Errol very much for the excellent and prompt support provided. I will use U-Haul again and recommend them to anyone.

MATHIAS AI was not impressed with the fact that I had to take pictures , and check myself in when I did not opt for online check-in. I think this is very difficult for older people and those without smart phones and this is becoming very Customer hands off. I may consider going to a different company in the future because of this.

PROSPER JThis was just easy. Easy to book, easy pick-up, easy return. That’s what I need because moving is hard. The people I dealt with were very nice. The truck had freezing cold air! Extra points for that. Brakes were a little hard though. 10 out of 10.

DAVID BThe team here is very easy to work with. The parking lot is easy to get into and out of. It was very quick. The only thing about this location is knowing how to get there from 95 or SR-S84. You need to go through a neigborhood to get there. I like the place because it is very convenient.

CODY MEven though I spoke with two different staff members before the rental date, both failed to tell me that I could not leave my personal car there due to construction. When I complained about it a pickup and suggested that they inform their guests before the rental date I was told that they do not have the ability. Fortunately I had a friend with me, but I watched another woman almost have a meltdown due to this last minute stress. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Andrew PThe person installing my hitch was trying to take my belongings from the trunk of the car. i kept staring at him and i went close and he asked me if i trusted him. I said yes but i closed the bags i have in the back of the car and he kept opening them trying to steal. when i go pay he opened my car and again was searching inside my car.

LINDA EI had a 40 foot long RV and they expected me to back up with the trailer hooked to it and put it back where they wanted me to before they were unhook it which was ridiculous and two people were trying to tell me how to back up and ended up, backing into the garbage dump and damaging my RV Someone needs to call me immediately so that I can discuss this claim that I need to put in I’m very disgusted Ted thank you Ron Lux 954-610-2876.

GARY BEverything was great, except for the fact that the truck leaked on a lot of my belongings. Some minor damage occurred as I drove through 10 hours of light to moderate rain.

Quite surprised around the neighborhood and Dania Beach areas since last time actually we were Floridians 🤩 and myself submitting many projects of FDOT since 2006 Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Brevard, Orange, St.Lucie counties all way till famous project of 595 whose apparently 🙄 put in bankruptcy and freeze renovation for couple years fue huge mistakes starting bidding of federal funded projects lumps sum due to using cheap materials not from APL list back in 2010 but overall impressed by public transportation improvements and shelters, bus stops for the passengers pedestrians and safety at first place according FHWA, Specs of MUTCD what actually same should NYSDOT and CDTA do but being so corrupted authorities they care less about these specs anyways.Sad???? Indeed. Thank you once again and see you later for sure during next visit/moving to FL and in meantime Greetings and realize how we are alike and wish the same.
