This is the second time that I have been to this location. Overall the lack of professionalism has led me to decide not to use them going forward. I don't care to see a young man's underwear while doing business there. The sagging pants and lack of uniform or identification is not comforting when renting or returning a unit. Staff could use an unannounced visit from someone in the corporate office. Vehicles are also not parked to avoid being damaged either. Will not be back!Reginald D.

Upon arrival, we noticed an employee in-feud with a customer, yelling and getting in the customer's face. The response by management was, "some people are just really going through things. Give him a break." I was not directly incidentally involved; however, this made for a very uncomfortable environment. The truck was given to me on half a tank of gas. The attendant in Nashville assured me in my mentioning of this, stating that I should return the truck with the same level of gas as I received.Victorio M.
I scheduled a contactless pick-up. My key was not left in a lock box and I had to go back and pu the rental when the location was staffed. The vehicle was dirty. Windows had not been cleaned and interior had not been cleaned for some time. At the pu, when I went to pu the vehicle, I mentioned to the man sitting at the desk that this was a contactless pu and he said, "my agent forgot to put the key in the lock box last night".Anthony J.

Big fat white guy, mask down under his nose, stocking shelves 2 inches from my arm. When I'm the only person in the entire store, let alone the check out line, during a pandemic, standing in a â€œstay 6 ft apartâ€ sticker like an idiot while this guy walks up from no where, literally brushes elbows while putting some tape up that could have waited!? He didn't even warm me. Employees taking that lax an approve to customer safety, has cost you my business. Btw not that it matters but I'm white, educated and just want to be clear, that guy was the only person disrespectful of my space. The other employees were amazing.Caleb U.
We were so disappointed!! I ordered the truck for my daughter and her husband they flew in from Washington State to pick up her younger sister from college in Nashville to bring her home from thanksgiving. I thought this would be a simple truck pick up after they landed and it turned into a cold ðŸ¥¶ nightmare for them. Once they got dropped off from the Uber to get into the property to pick up there so called schedule truck. The app did not have the right information for my son in law they never added his information for the check in that was the 1st problem! We began calling your 1-800 number all 3 of us from different phone and after an hour an a half someone finally answered! Then the phone disconnected we finally reached someone else that let us know that our order was not property put in the system and that is why my daughter and her husband where locked out of your facility that late at night that was dangerous and cold! They finally got in and found your truck then they had to wait again to get checked out and waited for another code it took them over 2 hours to complete and they pulled out after 1AM they arrived there at 11:40pm I Believe this was ridiculous I sent in 2 complaints and have not heard anything from you all! Please don't do this to your costumers! The women who took my order threaten me like I was bothering them they did not put our order in right we are thankful the lady who answered the phone in the middle of the night was able to fix our issues once we got her on the phone.miles G.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I rented the cargo van for 1 day. When I arrived I was told 100 miles was covered for the $89. The signature pad was not working, so I never signed anything. I ended up traveling 212 miles, so 112 x.39 should have made my total bill around $134. Uhaul did charge me the $134 and the next day charged me $233. A week later charged me AGAIN $233. When looking at the last statement they emailed me I was charged for gas (which I filled my tank correctly) and charged me for a sales item that I never had. I reported this location to my credit card ultimately, because uhaul could not put me in touch with a manager to reverse the charge. If you do not want your credit card to be charged multiple times, do not go to this location. Not to mention nobody was wearing a mask in the building...Michaela B.

The location and staff on site were great. The app "contactless" check in created a delay. I was guaranteed 10:30AM pick up or provide $50. When I arrived and went through the app check in process, there was a delay because they had to verify a second form of ID. I wish that would have been done before I arrived. It was not truly ready on time because someone that was not on site had to verify a second person to allow me to get the keys. Again, this was not the fault of the location staff - this was on your general process for reservations in App for contactless pick up.Corie K.

Overall I was happy with the rental but just a few things to note as to why I would recommend friends go to literally any other U-Haul location. 1st their office is in a small horrifically vented trailer and the employees there when I picked up our van at 10am Sunday October 25th made no attempt to wear masks while there were 2 customers in the trailer with them (despite the fact it's mandated in our city, our covid numbers are extremely high, and there's a sign on the front door saying it's required.) 2nd the male that helped me check-in, I'm certain he was live on instagram or fb during my check-in, as he kept taking moments to look at his phone and verbally respond to comments people were making. This bothered me because sensitive information was exchanged and you never know who is watching those live feeds. Again, this was 10am on Sunday October 25th, 2020. I understand you can't help the covid mask stuff, but please if anyone with any power over this location reads this, tell your associates not to be on live (or any phone call, face time, etc for that matter) while helping customers!!!!!!CARTER H.

Build an actual store. This location is a travesty and looks like a prison. It's also obscenely negligent to have multiple people working in a tiny shipping box of an "office" during a pandemic, let alone to ask customers to go there. The men working there were helpful and professional, but this is an extremely bad location and very poor management by the upper level of U-haul for their customers and staff.Kyle D.
General Mgr was not wearing mask in small temp trailer. Sneezed when I was signing contract on his phone. Prior to return, I purchased gas - 11 gallons to fill and I drove 46 miles so tank was far from full when I picked it up. No one was there when I returned in late morning so no one to complain to. This car transport clearly had not been checked for safety. I make it a habit to check tires on all of my travels every time I fuel. We had not driven more than 55 miles when I stopped to fuel for the first time, luckily I had not fueled right after picking up the car transport. Had I, we would have blown a tire on the car transport within miles of when I stopped and it could have been a horrible wreck with a vehicle on the hauler and a fully loaded 20 foot Truck. I would highly recommend a full refund on the Car Transport at the very least, the liability that could have been caused by this is insane. The tire issue did not happen in 55 miles, this tire was likely worn down for months and unsafe to be on the road.stephen S.

Overall good - but processes/systems don't seem to be well implemented. The inventory system saw almost no boxes when I was buying, but we could see a lot of them (was still able to purchase - good customer service). The dolly I reserved wasn't available, but luckily a bigger one was. So it all worked out for me, but could have easily gone the other way. Finally - trucks were parked very close together, it was tough getting out.Diego A.

None of the equipment I rented was in the truck. Then only the utility dolly was available. But I was still charged for the furniture dolly. The gas tank was not full, instead only 1/8, which made me late for the people I hired this who helped me move. They swapped it with another truck, but it too had just over 1/8 of a tank. Not the 1/4 Indicated in the contract. All this said, I didn't leave the lot until after 9am. My reservation was for 8am. Though the people who worked there were nice, I am still disappointed with the service and overcharging.Kristina K.

Please don't make me go to that part of town again. I understand Nashville property costs are high but I was absolutely frightened entering into the storage container office on the corner of Skid Row. There were plenty of automobiles there but I am still not convinced that any part of the process was legal. Especially when he told me it was 100 bucks more than the sweet lady on the phone 2 hours earlier. The card machine didn't work so I couldn't sign anything or refuse since I'd already had it booked. Overall obviously the worst experience I've had with any rentaljames B.

The furniture blankets that we reserved and paid for, were not in the truck. The app chat told us to wait for the office to open and someone would help us. The problem: that office is not open on Tuesday's, the day we rented. The final bill included the charge for the blankets. We won't rent from U-Haul again.Danna O.

I rented a trailer and had the UHaul representative attach it to my approved vehicle. We checked lights and the setting of the hitch. The representative said he double checked all equipment. Upone leaving, not even a mile down the road, the trailer came UNHITCHED to the truck because the UHaul representative did not tighten the knob to secure. It came unhitched in the middle of a busy intersection and only holding on by a chain which was one of the most terrifying moments because it could have flipped the truck or hit any other cars around me. It was an inexcusable experience and I am extremely disappointed.Victoria C.

The management of this location should inspect every vehicle before it is re-rented. The milage of the vehicle compared to what the app said was off by 30 miles, and the app would not allow customer to adjust the milage at pickup time. Always take photos of milage when you pick up a vehicle and drop it off so that you can dispute mileage charges. Being closed on Monday AND Tuesday, is incovenient to customers. Someone should man that lot 7 days a week since it is in a sketchy part of town. The vehicle was filthy. I will never use this location again.Lizette R.
