Go to this location and do not use the location in North Tonawanda. The NT location did not leave keys for pick up, they lost that they open at 11am when the business door clearly says 1130, and they don't answer their phone.
eric lI think all vehicles fuel tanks should be FULL upon pick up. Also in the winter months the pull out ramp gets slippery is there anyway to put some type of anti slip treads on them?

I made a mistake and decided to buy a Sunday paper rather than the box of paper wrap- let the team know that even the big regional newspapers were not big enough to handle the move! The box of paper wrap is a MUCH better value than newspapers, and push it with confidence!

Lisa GEquipment was inadequate without a ramp Attendant gave us outdated truck. But the Attendant who checked the truck after we return is the only reason why l gave the rating. Customer service is about how much you spend and punish customers.when dollars aren't favorable then you get a inadequate truck

FRANKLIN SThe customer service provided was good, however, the truck was not in good condition. First, the vehicle drove very rough. The engine was very loud and did not shift gears well. The truck needs a tune-up. My bigger complaint is that the truck had a leak in the roof. It rained during my move and upon unloading my contents, there was water in the truck and some of my items were damaged. That was very disappointing.
Jennifer GLocal staff were personable and helpful and pick up and return went smoothly and quickly. Also, shout out to you chat function. When I accidently scheduled a pickup time 2 hours earlier than I had wanted, I used chat online to change it without a problem, and this was on a Sunday morning when chat functions often don't work well. 10 out of 10 for U-Haul. BTW, we were going to use a cheaper option that included a set price for milage. but opted for U-Haul because it was raining and we needed a cube truck STAT. The service was worth the higher price.

LAURIE CApparently they decided to change my drop-off location for their convenience which was further away from my destination. Not knowing this, I proceeded to my original contracted drop-off location where I was asked, after the trailer was already disconnected from my vehicle, to hook it back up and bring it to their other location further away. I even brought the trailer back a day early too, so they had plenty of time to arrange their end accordingly. Not too keen with the customer service at this location, unprofessional, not welcoming, almost as if you’re a bother to them. Needs improvement.

Rusty HThe furniture dolly I requested wasn't in the truck when I picked it up, and the online check in experience was less than optimal. When I went into the location the person working was overwhelmed, had no idea how the online check in worked and didn't even know it existed, and his answer was "I've only been here a month I don''t know how everything works".

SCOTTDONALD MThe truck return was VERY frustrating. One sign said to go to uhal.com/support. It didn't work. Another sign said to use the mobil app. That didn't work either. Another sign said to go to myhual.com. That almost worked but I was unable to complete the return. I got to the point of taking six pictures of the truck. I would take one picture and it would show up. Took the next picture and the first one disappeared. I went around in circles on this and finally did all six. The "Next" button was grayed out and I could not continue. Finally put the keys in the drop box and left.
George CClean and well working Van. Tow Dolly just needs a little WD-40 on the ratchet strap mechanics. No biggie.

THOMAS NNot the best experience after booking. The reservation was moved to two different locations each one further away costing me more for miles with no credit offered. Then when I got the truck it only had 1/4 of a tank so I had to get gas’s before even starting. If you charge for retuning empty why don’t you fill. The service over the phone was terrible. The representatives were very rude.
Charles GThe associate was nice & efficient but larger staff would have helped. Upfront pricing per mile would have been useful to know (e.g. pre-paid minimum 20 miles + gas). Maybe I missed it but apparent in online reservation would be helpful. Lot is difficult to navigate. Having trucks pointed outward of parking space would be nice for easy exit in firts time driving these trucks.
