Got a call 2 days after drop off stating that the truck had not been reported as delivered (the drop off location simply didn't processed it ) and got a charge for $10 dollars in gas when I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas needed (half tank)Michael B.

Dropped trailer off after one day of use a few days later got a notice that the trailer never got checked in called and said I had already turned trailer in a few minutes later got a bill saying I was being charged and extra day went to get a refund and the employee couldn't figure out how to refund my money and I am still waiting for a manager to call me back.norman B.

Location changed 3 times in 3 days. Showed up to one location to get uhaul and they didn't have it. Had to call uhaul to find another location. Had people waiting to help us move and had to deal with finding uhaul and driving somewhere else to pickup. Uhaul is very unpredictable, not dependable, ridiculous to deal with. Love this location. It's convenient and I love the way they take care of me. I rent a uhaul from them quite a lot for my business needs and if I ever have an issue they work on it immediately. The mobile check in was cumbersome because it was sunny. I had to keep going back to my car to get enough shade to see the phone screen. I ended up starting my noon reservation at 1235 - and I had arrived early! Then there is the issue of gas. I took a photo of the gas gauge before I left. It was a little more than full. And so I topped it off before returning it. It took almost FOUR GALLONS OF GAS. I spent 15 bucks. I'd only driven it less than 20 miles, round trip. I told the guy behind the counter about it when I returned it and he just said "huh."Lisa C.

I had an issue with my uhaul rental at another location and came here to get an auto transport as the other location's one was broken. The workers went above and beyond to help me get my auto transport running and get my car on. My car was too low so the workers got wood from an old pallet and put it under my front tires to get my car up and helped me get my car onto the transport. My trip went smoothly, and I am so thankful for them as I would have never been able to do what they did by myself. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them.Brianna R.

I exclaimed to the young men that tented me the truck, that I was dissatisfied with the milage that was on my initial contract! On Thursday, December 15, 2022 @ 6pm I picked the truck up, the traffic light was out right in front of the establishment. Which made me have to go over the bridge and come back up not even a 1/2 block. But, when I checked the odometer it already had 4 miles added to my trip! I've rented from this same location several times before. The person who assisted me is never friendly. Instead is matter of fact. Not pleasant at all. When explaining to her that I've been to this location before and I've used a chase debit card she proceeded with â€œthey probably thought you were cuteâ€ like that wasn't called for and very unprofessional. She definitely could've responded in a more professional way. But at the end of the day I was still respectful but could've smacked the shit out of her for her disrespectful mouth.
