They told me they would not except my truck because they had too many trucks already. They then told me I had to take it to another location (miles away), and if I didn’t I would be charged. I refused to take the truck to the other location because the contract said to drop it off at the Cobb/285 location. This was unprofessional and I am very disappointed.

Really chill agents, we came at an oddly Busy time but they got us squared away quickly. They also had some system issues so I'm wondering if there's a system-wide bug going? That mau be something that needs to be looked into.



I left Atlanta for Detroit Michigan in the November. At 5:00 pm as I drove into Knoxville, I realized the heater did not work at all. I had two plants from my grandmother in my car which I was taking to her niece and one jacket with me. Your customer service advised me that roadside assistance was not available and nothing could be done unless I was in a major city and not until the next morning. And the person was unsure if a hotel stay would be covered by UHAUL. I drove in 25 degrees cold outside and inside for the better part of 8 hours. My plants are dead. While my comfort may not be important to you, it is beyond irresponsible to allow anyone to take a vehicle out for a long distance trip without ensuring that everything is operational. I honestly was worried about what else might be wrong with the truck. I will share this dangerous example of your neglectful management on Google, Yelp, Angie’s List, Facebook, Yahoo and on your website. Your response is also greatly appreciated. Pat Andros

The Uhaul truck was not ready until an hour later from my reservation time. This is unacceptable and threw off my moving day plans immensely.



The guy who helped us was great! He was running to help multiple customers and was very enthusiastic and friendly. We were in and out in a very short time.

I call to make a reservation, they gave a information on the phone and when i went at the location to pick up the trailer they have a complete different information.

I had a reservation for a month and they were late on pick up. Drop off in Douglasville was horrible as well! They forgot to add my furniture pads and dolly when I was paying movers hourly. Took the pads off my bill but still charged me for the dolly I had to go back and pick up because it was going one way. No discount for their horrible service. The customer service line was horrible with no offer to issue excellent customer service. I will never use uhaul again! Just get a moving company and save yourself the trouble. Horrible experience!

Well folks at uhal the Service was excellent, BUT the truck was Liking rain water and my matress arrived very wet so folks I deserve a imdenmnization because it was impossible tô slep for two nigths . When dropoff I informed this.
