The employees are very good; however, they are under staffed and the wait time is horrible. nevertheless the employees apologizes repeatedly, I'm doing my best to get everyone served please bare with me." That is commendable based on the line waiting. Yes people get frustrated and short with the employees but they never respond negatively. UHAUL can weigh the business at this store and staff more sufficiently especially Friday thru Sunday.

I was clearly giving a vehicle that was faulty with all the dash readings. The odometer was over 1,000 off. I informed the sales rep. I took pics. Before I left the lot the gas meter dropped one qt. 1 mile in 2 qts. I took photos. I put $20 in the tank upon return and was charged over $30. Now I have to take time out of my day to fight the charges after, I indicated it all to the rep before and after.

There was only 1 person working this location. So the wait was a little long for pickup. Upon returning the truck, luckily another guy showed up for his shift early so the wait was not long for the return.

I was overcharged and lied to. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee despite the box being cleaned and though the mileage was did not match documentation, I was assured that the problem would be documented. Needless to say, it was not

The location is very easy to get to. But they don't have adequate parking on site, so it is difficult to enter and maneuver. Also, they did not have adequate staff to handle the crush of pickups when they first opened in the morning.

Even after using the mobile check in process, I waited an hour just to pick up my key from the office because there was only one employee and a line of people. The mobile process was very smooth but waiting an hour to get the key because the location was understaffed put my move behind schedule and was very frustrating.

I had a problem with the after hours drop off using my celll phone. I didn’t realize I only had 15% battery power until I opened the app. The store was closed but there were two workers on the grounds. When asked if they could help, one drove off and the other said I could call early in the morning. I was able to use my daughter’s phone. However, I almost went past my deadline by that time. The place was dark and I felt unsecure trying to do all the things required in minimal light.

Joshua was excellent! He handled what could have been a mess with professionalism and smiles. There were a lot of rentals this morning and he was the only person handling everything. He was perfect. This is like the third truck I have rented I am a caterer in the Atlanta area the Vans and the insides are absolutely filthy there in disrepair the windshields are so dirty you can't even drive them nobody gives a crap anymore I'm going to quit using you guys want to go to Enterprise

There was only one employee working that day and he had a dozen customers waiting for service. The lot was so full of returned equipment that it was difficult to enter and exit the parking lot. While that employee was very helpful and friendly, it was obvious that this location needed more employees to handle the customers.
