The truck was a piece of shit. The rear tires shook so bad at 45 miles per hour that they made the entire truck shake. I couldn't drive it any faster that 45 miles per hour. The truck stunk of disinfectant and even leaving the windows open didn't stop it from stinking all day , everyday that I had it. This location obviously never checks the condition of their trucks and doesn't care about what they give their customers to drive.RUSSELL K.

Poor customer service when returning vehicle. The lady was extremely rude when asked to explain the estimate vs actual invoice regarding the mileage billed. The difference in estimated/actual mileage was 16 miles and should have been a difference in 16$ plus tax or 17$, but I was charged 22$ extra. The poorly trained lady could not politely talk to me at all. The truck rented had a severe issued with the exhaust. The truck used 1/4 of a tank to drive 56 miles. The truck had a water leak in the roof.DANQING L.

This was the worst experience I've ever had using you I would never recommend this location to anyone for three reasons.The first reason is that when I came to pick up my truck I was told by one of your employees that he couldn't tell me if there was any gas in the truck unless I made the Reservation in person.The second reason is that when I asked him about the gas he was like just bring it back with whatever is in the tank.Number three he walked off the job and quit the same day. The manager's demeanor was not very friendly. She neglected to remove the utility dolly when I specifically asked for it to be removed. When I returned my truck later they tried to charge me an extra $100 for it. Then the guys that took my truck didn't bother to greet me or introduce themselves walking up to my truck. I guess the assumption would be that whomever is driving the truck is who rented the truck, but that's not always the case. We live in a world where women do for themselves and have men working for them, so it's smart to greet all parties instead of making assumptions.EMPRESS H.

Overall reserving the truck was a huge pain. We went to the store and asked to reserve one, and was told they were out. Then on the way back home I looked up online and was able to reserve one. The whole experience was pretty underwhelming. The woman who checked us in didn't explain anything... seemed too busy playing on Instagram to be bothered. The truck was gross...the interior smelled like an old ashtray and stale urine. We had to use our Clorox wipes to wipe everything down and then Febreeze to try and make it tolerable. I drove with the windows down the entire time. The tank was also on one notch above empty when the paperwork she gave me said I had to bring it back to a quarter tank. She didn't say anything about the text message check-in so I didn't notice it until I got the gas station immediately after I left. Of course the pictures shown in the app were not the truck we got so I spent 20 minutes documenting the extensive damage to the vehicle. I got what I needed to do done, but it was a pretty miserable experience. Bottom line...I won't be renting from U-haul again. Two stars is me being very, very nice.Jacqueline A.

Every time I go to this location the is always a different problem. Not to mention they only have 1 hour parking.
