They had given away the truck I had reserved after I had already done the mobile check in. One of the front desk employees was more interested in impressing a female on site than his job. The manager's demeanor was not very friendly. She neglected to remove the utility dolly when I specifically asked for it to be removed. When I returned my truck later they tried to charge me an extra $100 for it. Then the guys that took my truck didn't bother to greet me or introduce themselves walking up to my truck. I guess the assumption would be that whomever is driving the truck is who rented the truck, but that's not always the case. We live in a world where women do for themselves and have men working for them, so it's smart to greet all parties instead of making assumptions.EMPRESS H.

Overall reserving the truck was a huge pain. We went to the store and asked to reserve one, and was told they were out. Then on the way back home I looked up online and was able to reserve one. (This was after our first reservation was cancelled without notice). We went to and from uhaul 3 times in one day.Katie D.

The whole experience was pretty underwhelming. The woman who checked us in didn't explain anything... seemed too busy playing on Instagram to be bothered. The truck was gross...the interior smelled like an old ashtray and stale urine. We had to use our Clorox wipes to wipe everything down and then Febreeze to try and make it tolerable. I drove with the windows down the entire time. The tank was also on one notch above empty when the paperwork she gave me said I had to bring it back to a quarter tank. She didn't say anything about the text message check-in so I didn't notice it until I got the gas station immediately after I left. Of course the pictures shown in the app were not the truck we got so I spent 20 minutes documenting the extensive damage to the vehicle. I got what I needed to do done, but it was a pretty miserable experience. Bottom line...I won't be renting from U-haul again. Two stars is me being very, very nice.Jacqueline A.
The girl at the counter was the rudest customer service person I have ever had to deal with. If you hate talking to or looking at people so much then find a different job. The other guy that was with another customer seemed really friendly and the truck was clean though.ALAN B.

The customer service is always horrible when I go here. They overcharged me for gas when I actually brought the truck back over the amount I left with. Every time I go to this location the is always a different problem. Not to mention they only have 1 hour parking. The first location U-Haul sent me to for a drop off was the exact opposite (2442 Arno Dr, Atlanta, GA). This place was in a bad part of town, the personnel was horrible, and I was not pleased with UHAUL for recommending this drop off location.Justin H.

Service was friendly quick & fast. Everybody was professional, very attentive, & helpful. On the other hand my rental truck was the worse & not up to par. The way you measure fuel tank level is not acceptable. The measurement goes by 8th of a tank, there is no intermediary measurement . I got charged with $7 for 1/16 of a tank and that is not even measured in that fuel gauge.Ivan V.

Here's a novel idea--- Dont rent out trucks with steel threads in the tires and then leave them hanging for the next 3 hours while the "immediate" roadside assistance takes their sweet fucking time to show up. Then when the truck is returned a half a day early since we didn't trust the truck to make it to the final location, you decide to charge the customer for a clearly defective piece of shit truck that almost killed the passengers.TONY J.
