Sweep out the trailer prior to renting it to the next customer. But that is very minor. Uhaul is nothing short of the GOLD STANDARD when it comes to customer service. I was in and out for both rental and return SUPER FAST, and your people are efficient while being super polite and fabulous to work with. I love uhaul. They don't maintain equipment. Wheel hub seized up and the brake assemblies where not functioning correctly. Let me on the side of the road. When fixed the vendor brought up in the rain and got all my stuff soaked.SCOTT I.

Nothing at all. Our original drop off location was closed and we had to drive to this location instead (10 minutes further) and I'm glad we did. The staff who delivered and picked up the box in Colorado were outstanding. We were very impressed with how skilled and professional they were loading and unloading the box off the truck. More knowledgeable staff to correctly & effeciently manage & execute a reservation. Better maintenance of trucks. The exterior had peeling paint & "picture" applications, large scrapes that had not been noted as already being documented. The truck exterior looked aged. The truck was overly bouncy tending to indicate the suspension needed attention and there was a whole lot of rattling from the truck & wind noise thru the driver door with the window up. The cargo area had not been cleaned out. The interior cab had not been cleaned out, which means it also had not been disinfected. The hand crank for the driver's window had a piece that kept popping off during cranking, making it unsafe while using while moving and an overall pain. The staff member said they knew about it. The side view mirrors were very difficult to adjust, requiring force. The checkout process was simple. The in and out of the small business parking lot is tight but effeciently organized.MARKKEVIN F.

I returned the truck back well before 5 when it was due. Yet at 615 I got a call from one of the employees asking where I was and why the truck was late. So instead of walking out to check the lot first I was call and accused of not having the truck back. I've used this location before and liked it, this time however the majority of the staff wanted nothing to do with us. I understand we pulled in right at closing, but multiple employees looked at us and walked away. One even made eye contact with me before locking the door. I was able to do a virtual return, and while unhooking the trailer and employee we didn't see previously came out and offered help. But was upset that nobody so much as talked to us or gave a simple â€œhey we are closing but do the virtual check inâ€Geoffry B.

You have a Dumfries Road, office in Manassas. On Sunday May 9th I attended the office briefly to try weigh the possibility of getting a trailer earlier such as Sunday. The discourse ended up quite hostile where I was berated, called an asshole and I was threatened with having my reservation cancelled. I was also concerned for my safety in those few brief moments. I was told the stresses of running the business was greater than the "demands" I was putting on him. I did not catch his name but I am concerned because he has my identity and address which is about 6 tenths of a mile away from the shop. THIS WAS NOT THE SUDLEY ROAD OFFICE. The man should be given a job where he does not have to work with the customer.Paul T.

Put the right uhaul out for the customer. We had to wait 1 hour to pick up because the van assigned to us was not in the proper location as described at check out. Our rental was pinned in by other van so we had to wait and be assigned another van that was wasn't pinned in so we had to wait for staff to arrive.Erma D.

The rep at the desk has no social skills at all. He was a younger male with dreads and he didn't really thoroughly read my contract and I had to keep asking him for the add on I requested. Then I was upset because there was no pad lock to lock my truck. So they say... They didn't clean the truck there was another persons bag left in the truck. So they didn't clean it or sanitize it before renting it out which is so NOT Covid compliant. I asked for a refund they only credited me back the $14 insurance fee and that's it.RANDIARLECE W.
